We have never been to Key West before and were looking for a Quaint place , quiet but close enough to everything, we looked on home Away and found this place. It was just what we were looking for. We had breakfast on the back patio every morning, this is something we cannot do back in Saginaw, We had a King bedroom with a great big King bathroom, there is also a Queen bedroom with a Queen bathroom which would have been great if we came with another couple, we had a full kitchen which we used for breakfast as the other meals we ate out but we could have cooked all meals there, all utensils pots and pans were there for us to use, we even had a toaster oven. there is a large living area with cable TV. We would walk every night as we were so close to some of the best restaurants in town . El Sibonay is half a block away, this is a very safe place and we would meet the same local people walking their dogs or sitting on their porches. Tracy the Manager was very helpful as she lives right around the corner and was there on site if we needed anything, We had the best vacation , We will definatly reccomend this condo for a great relaxing vacation

This place was very clean and defintiely a rather quirky floor plan, but fine for us. We did like that it was on a very quiet street and the patio area was very private. There's also a great front porch. The condo was spotless and is decorated well. The floor plan is a bit different and it was fine for us, but it may be hard for some groups. We were only 3 and that was perfect. It may be fine for two couples as well, but it could be awkward that there's not a solid door on the 2nd bedroom (just a curtain) and there's no bathroom door in the master suite. Just something to keep in mind...... Other than that, the design itself is very nice. the bathroom in the master suite is especially beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not especially well-stocked. We were missing some important utensiils for cooking (no wooden spoons or anything else you could really stir a pot with) but the manager did promptly get us the items we requested when I asked for them. I also mentioned to her that there was no stereo system as listed in the ad and she told us that the items we were missing, like cooking utensils, dish towels and a stereo, had all been stolen by previous guests. That's really a shame. Come on, VRBO-er's! That's just not classy. There's free parking on the street and we never had a problem finding a space. The laudnry facilities are coin-operated. This is NOT a place for more than 4 people. Walking distance to everything, though it definitely is off the beaten path so be prepared to wear your walkiing shoes alot. Leave the high heels at home.. The manager, Tracy, was very friendly and helpful.

The place was nice especially the master bedroom and bath. In a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to walk back and forth to sunset harbor. We were missing a blendor, but a new one arrived when we asked for it. I would definitely recommend this place.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is a fantastic rental. There were only 2 of us, but this would be great for 6 or so people. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great patio, quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of everything (Duval St, Mallory Square, Hemingway House, Southernmost, etc.). Also a CVS close by for supplies. Very clean. The shower in the master bathroom was a great added bonus! We were very pleased.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week vacation in a most comfortable and amenity laden condo. Fully loaded kitchen, huge master bedroom, and TWO bathrooms which certainly adds to the convenience. The condo is located within walking distance of just about everything.
