The home has an elegant great room and updated kitchen with a counter and stools joining the rooms. The table and counter can accommodate ten. There is a table and twelve additional chairs outside on the large deck overlooking the lake. Recently remodeled, this home has beautiful baths and a laundry room. All of the many amenities, furnishings, and floors were recently installed. Downstairs you will enjoy a large, sheltered patio with table and chairs adjacent to the pool, grass, and beach. This home is located on a private lane. The front yard and sides of the property are completely fenced. Several vehicles can be parked in the long driveway, and extra parking is available upon request. This modern home is furnished to serve you with comfort and convenience.
This is a spectacular wildlife setting. There is a variety of birds, geese, ducks, cranes, and white pelicans in plain view, Clear Lake is the largest natural lake in California. It gets its blue-green hue from the algae that grows in the warm water. You will find great fishing for bass, crappie, catfish, and blue gill right off the dock. Our neighbor caught a 9 1/2 pound bass under our pier and we have caught catfish weighing 19 pounds! Enjoy water skiing and wakeboarding during the day and sailing in the afternoons. The quiet mornings and incredible sunsets are the most relaxing times. This spacious property is lovely, peaceful, and ready to entertain your family.

This house made it a dream vacation for our family. Quiet mornings on the pier, breakfast on the deck, boating and swimming anytime of day. And a beautiful home with wonderful amenities and spectacular views. We loved it!
