For those really lazy days, take a nice dip in POOL or spend time on the quiet beaches within the townhome complex that line the Santa Rosa Sound. The beaches of the Santa Rosa Sound are perfect for the family with young children with their soft unobtrusive waves that gently kiss the white sands of the shore.
While you are in Pensacola Beach do not forget to enjoy one of over 15 restaurants on the barrier island with many featuring fresh seafood and Key Lime pie! Make sure to leave time for visiting the world-renowned Naval Aviation Museum.
This charming townhome offers you everything you need out of vacation lodging and more. With over 1100 square feet of living space, two full baths with each bedroom, and balconies off the bedrooms. The living room and the dining room in this townhome are designed to help you relax and make the most of your vacation.
There are three TV's in the unit. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. All have cable. The one in the living room has a DVD/VCR combo and their is DVD player in the second bedroom.
This complex is among the nicest on Pensacola Beach. The grounds are nicely kept. There is an onsite property manager, volleyball court and it is a safe complex with a nice mix of owner occupied units and vacation rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Boardwalk
It was our first vacation rental. We really like the layout and that both bedrooms have full baths. Also, we love that the complex is located and has dedicated beach on the Santa Rosa Sound. On days when the Gulf is rough the beach in the complext is terrific.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We use the small clubhouse every so often. It is located by the pool and is very nice. We have never stayed in the unit but we do have lots of return customers. I like that it has an area where you can sit out of the hot sun but enjoy the outdoors.
Best oysters and Grouper Sandwich. Live music on weekends. Jungle Jim in Sand for Kids. Kid and Family Friendly.

This is the second time I have taken my children down for their spring break. This time we also rented 2 other condos for friends and family. We were just as happy this time as the last. All of them are exactly as portrayed, they are very clean and comfortable. We did bring our grill down with us which was super nice. The kitchen is fully stcked with dishes and cooking essentials... there are even spice racks. The area has fun stuff to do. We had 8 children from 8yrs to 17 who all were impressed by Fort Pickens. Our favorite places to eat were Peg leg petes, just a short walk down the bike path, as well as Crabs where you will find mini golf right next door. We plan on going back over and over. Our friends and family are also planning future trips.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
