Cities of Ventura and Santa Barbara are close by... and a stunning southward drive down world famous Pacific Coast Highway will put you in Los Angeles in 45 minutes!
This 1923 beach house features hardwood floors throughout, large master bedroom with attached large master bath and fireplace INSIDE bedroom... VERY romantic and cozy. Large kitchen with ALL amenities provided... office area with computer and DSL.
Great restaurants 10 minutes away, movie theatres, and the huge Camarillo Outlet mall is 20 minutes South on the 101 freeway with EVERYTHING you could possibly want to shop for!
In the tiny village of Silverstrand, you can easily walk to Pepe's California famous taco stand for the freshes most delicious fish tacos... and hang out with the local surfers as they finish up their surf for the day.
All in all, it is a Paradise on the beach. Quiet and charming village... but everything you need to keep the whole family happy, including a Starbucks, five minutes away!
California is known worldwide for it's outstanding surf, fun and beaches... but BOY are they crowded everywhere else. Here, in Oxnard, may be the only place in California where you can enjoy the natural beauty without traffic!
