This 2660 square foot luxury home is located in the exclusive Big Springs area of Northstar and comes with free shuttle to the Village and access to the Homeowner's Recreation Center. This home features a queen bedroom suite on the main floor, a master bedroom suite upstairs with lots of windows and a jetted bathtub, and a separate area with two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with four bunk beds), full bathroom, den with sofa and laundry. The kitchen is open to the large living room with river rock fireplace, lots of windows and large dining room. Large deck off of living room with lounge chairs. Located on a quiet private cul-de-sac with open space behind home. No smoking or pets, please.
The recreation center features several outdoor hot tubs, a gym, game room, lap pool and massage therapy is available. In the summer there is a large pool and a kiddie pool in addition to the lap pool. There is a world class tennis center and a gorgeous 18 hole golf course that meanders through Martis Valley and the Mountain. Additionally, Northstar has its own set of hiking trails and world class mountain biking.
The Northstar Resort is a full service area with a new base village that includes a roller skating rink, shops and restaurants. Equipment rentals are available. This resort is very family friendly.
We are only 10 minutes to King's Beach on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Here you will find large beaches, water toys, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Going the other direction we are 10 minutes from Historic Truckee with great restaurants and shopping. For you dealers in chance, casinos are only 40 minutes from Reno or 20 minutes to Incline Village on the Lake.
