  Greenpeace is an exceptional beach home and all aspects of our recent visit were excellent. We found Greenpeace in immaculate condition with every possible amenity for a wonderful stay at Seaside. The location is perfect and the spacious home made for a fun and memorable week. The owner was also wonderful and made the rental process easy. Overall, Greenpeace is the perfect beach home for a family visit to Seaside and we will definitely return again.

  My family has been coming to Seaside annually for nineteen years and we have stayed in a different cottage each time. Greenpeace has the most well-appointed interior and furnishings of any cottage we have stayed in. The master bedroom addition and remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms are outstanding. The location to town and the beach can't be beat. A pet-friendly cottage is difficult to find in Seaside. It made all the difference that we could bring our dog this time around. Lisa was very friendly and easy to work with. She even let us use the driveway the morning of our check-in so we could attend the Seaside Yard Sale without the hassle of trying to find street parking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful cottage. We can't wait to visit again...along with our new beach loving dog.

  Everything about this vacation was perfect! Greenpeace Cottage is wonderful inside and out. You would never know this home is on a rental program. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach or into the central area of Seaside. Lisa, the owner was such a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for sharing their lovely home with us. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can return again soon.

  Having visited Seaside several times over the past few years and stayed in a number of different rental homes, I can honestly say this was the most relaxing vacation we have every had. Could not ask for a nicer home and nicer owner. Everything was as advertised and so close to the town center and beach, we never had to use our car. Cannot wait to visit again this fall.

  My family has been to Seaside many times, but we found our stay at Greenpeace Cottage to be exceptional. Best points: pet friendly (thank you!), very close to the beach, and very close to the center of town. In addition, we found the owners to always be prompt and throrough in responding to emails and making sure that all was going well. The cottage was beautiful, had all we needed, was very well maintained, and we would certainly choose it again.

  We stayed here during spring break. It is a great cottage and a great location. You are justt steps to the beach and the Seaside center. Our teenagers walked and rode bikes everywhere. You really don't have to get in the car unless you want. The cottage is very nice and has been recently renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated and are very nice and up to date.The kitchen is very small but that was not a big deal to us since we did not cook the entire week. The cottage was very clean and I can't say this is true for every rental in Seaside. We rented one last summer that was filthy so Greenpeace was a very pleasant departure from the previous rental. The owners have done a great job with decorating. My kids liked that each bedroom had a television. We had rain a couple of days so this helped. The owner was also very nice and easy to deal with. I would most definately stay here again and highly recommend Greenpeace.

  We traveled to Seaside for the annual Seaside Half-Marathon and 5k, and this cottage was in an ideal location for race events (and a quick walk across 30A to the beack). The interior is wonderfully furnished, and the pictures don't do it justice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I am already trying to plan my next Seaside visit!

  My family rented Greenpeace and my cousin rented the carriage house directly behind. We enjoyed both - very clean, great layout, convenient, nice views, great owners! Thanks for everything!

  My husband and I love staying at Greenpeace. This past November was our second trip to Seaside and didn't even consider staying anywhere else. The location is perfect ... close walk to the beack and the shops and restaurants. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and charming, and the addition is absolutely awesome! We highly recommend Greenpeace. You will not be disappointed.

  This was our sixth annual trip to Seaside, and we have stayed at 4 other houses over the years. This house was by far the best suited for our small children, ages 2 and 5. Many Seaside homes have creative and unique stairwells and nooks and crannies that are great for adults and teens, but dangerous for little ones. Greenpeace is more traditional and safer for small children. The Shewmaker's did a wonderful renovation of the first floor master suite that we just loved. The kitchen was small but efficiently designed for a cook...everything was within arm's reach. The additional full bath on the first floor was perfect for bathtime for the kids, however the kids preferred the outdoor shower in the sun each afternoon! The picnic table on the porch was great for meals and games. We were 50 yards from the beach and 100 yards from Bud N' Alley's in town...what could be better? Thanks to Lisa for a great stay at Greenpeace!
