Enjoy Fripp Island and stay in a luxurious new home! Built in 2006, everything in the house is brand new, including all furnishings, golf cart, and kitchen utensils and appliances. Enjoy upscale finishing touches such as stainless appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, and soft frisee carpeting. The house is furnished with many comfortable niceties including leather sofas, Pottery Barn furnishings and accents, high-quality sheets and towels, and upscale kitchen accessories.
Our private home on quiet Speckled Trout Road has outstanding sweeping views of the marsh and is conveniently located to all of the island's amenities. Each of our guests will enjoy their own bathroom connected to their bedroom, as well as their own private porch. Each bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed, and the Master bedroom has a luxurious pillow-topped King-size bed. Beds are comfortably dressed with 300 plus count sheets, down blankets and a plethora of pillows.
Enjoy breakfast or evening cocktails on the large screened-in porch facing the breezy marsh. For dinner, cook meals together in the oversized fully-equipped kitchen or jump in the golf cart and tool over to the Bonito Boathouse Restaurant at the Marina, only two blocks away.
Wildlife lovers will enjoy viewing island deer and plentiful bird species from the many porches or through the walls of windows on the marsh side.
An office equipped with wireless DSL and other needs such as fax, copier, etc. will appeal to our guests who would like to stay connected to the office or home.
Other extras include a huge master bath with double-jet shower and soaking tub and your own coffee maker for those early risers who want to enjoy a steaming cup on the Master bedroom veranda. The house is equipped with all flat screen televisions and DVD players. A new golf cart is also included in the rental.
The beach is a quick golf-cart ride or easy walk, just three and a half blocks away. Fish off of the Bonito Road Bridge, just two blocks away.
