Enjoy Fripp Island and stay in a luxurious newer home! Built in 2006, everything in the house is brand new, including all furnishings, golf cart, and kitchen utensils and appliances. Enjoy upscale finishing touches such as stainless appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, and soft frisee carpeting. The house is furnished with many comfortable niceties including leather sofas, Pottery Barn furnishings and accents, high-quality sheets and towels, and upscale kitchen accessories.
Our private home on quiet Speckled Trout Road has outstanding sweeping views of the marsh and is conveniently located to all of the island's amenities. Each of our guests will enjoy their own bathroom connected to their bedroom, as well as their own private porch. Each bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed, and the Master bedroom has a luxurious pillow-topped King-size bed. Beds are comfortably dressed with 300 plus count sheets, down blankets and a plethora of pillows.
Enjoy breakfast or evening cocktails on the large screened-in porch facing the breezy marsh. For dinner, cook meals together in the oversized fully-equipped kitchen or jump in the golf cart and tool over to the Bonito Boathouse Restaurant at the Marina, only two blocks away.
Ample off-street parking, including plenty of room for BOAT AND TRAILER PARKING is available to our guests.
Wildlife lovers will enjoy viewing island deer and plentiful bird species from the many porches or through the walls of windows on the marsh side.
An office equipped with wireless DSL and other needs such as fax, copier, etc. will appeal to our guests who would like to stay connected to the office or home.
Other extras include a huge master bath with double-jet shower and soaking tub. The house is equipped with all flat screen televisions and DVD players. A new golf cart is also included in the rental.
The beach is a quick golf-cart ride or easy walk, just three and a half blocks away (.4 mi) via Whiting Road Access takes you to a wide beach that is present at all times. (meaning the beach does not get covered by high tide at this location) Fish off of the Bonito Road Bridge, just two blocks away.

Everything is beautiful and pristine in this superbly appointed home. The floor plan is wonderfully spacious and airy. The setting felt delightfully secluded, yet within short reach of the beach and island amenities. We brought our groceries upon arrival and had no desire or need to leave the island, or this lovely haven for the rest of the week. The owners truly thought of everything! Even the deer arrived on schedule to welcome us. We felt totally pampered and never enjoyed a more ideal vacation escape.

This home was just INCREDIBLE! It is so clean and spacious and the photos are exactly like it is. The beds were really the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in, even more comfortable than our home! The comforters were down and also had quilted fluffy mattress pads. The home was just beautiful and the extra touches were wonderful. LOVED IT!

We just spent a most relaxing week at your incredibly beautiful home! It is not "one of the best homes we've ever rented", it's THE BEST! We loved the privacy, the marsh, the golf cart, the bikes and the convenience to everything on the island. This was our first trip to Fripp, but will definately not be our last. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and thanks to Shannon for giving us so much information prior to our visit. Every single thing was perfect!

We were first time visitors to Fripp and had a wonderful time and could not have picked a better house to rent. Everything was in great shape, the house was clean and bright, and the central location was excellent. The owners were very helpful and great to deal with. We had one unforeseen maintenance issue arise that was swiftly taken care of by the owners with no hassle or stress to us, we could not have asked for a better response. Everyone in my family enjoyed their vacation (even the teenagers) and we will definitely return and stay at this house.

What an exquisite home! This house is so well appointed and was perfect for two families. Very private with beautiful marsh views. Beautifully decorated and immaculate! We just returned from a week in this beautiful home on Fripp Island. It was our first time at this home as well as our first trip to Fripp. It is hard to imagine a more perfect week or place to take a vacation. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners, who are absolutely wonderful people. They have thought of everything a family could possibly need in a vacation rental. We are already planning a return Fripp trip and just hope that this home will be available when we do!

This home was great! We loved everything about it....it has a great floor plan & is beautifully decorated. We loved the privacy & location. It is just around the corner from the beach, pools & kids playground. The owners have thought of everything because we didn't need a thing. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the large porch listening to the outside speaker system. A great home for families with little ones too. Our 2 young boys loved it right away. We highly recommend this home, you will not be dissappointed!!!
