Wonderful studio clean, neat and great location! Flat Screen, full kitchen, balcony with a great view. Walking distance from Wailers village. Castaway Cafe is on site, great food! Awesome location and right next to Black Rock. Want to back next year for sure.

Hello, we stayed at this listing from October 10-21, 2011. We have stayed at this resort before, and love the location, staff, and the eating/drinking establishment at poolside. Even though the furnishings were very nice, and the mattress was awesome, we found the place very outdated, and dirty. The curtains leading to the lanai were filthy, and the carpet was horribly stained. The kitchen only had one electrical outlet, which violates building codes, and made making a meal interesting. Linoleum and wallpaper were coming up in many areas. The caulking and grout was chipped, and discolored. The bathtub had many chips, that were touched up with paint that did not match. The attic access hatch in the bathroom was very dirty w/ black hand prints all over it. There were 3 broken toasters on shelves in the pantry, so we purchased another for our stay, and left it for the next renters. I did not feel it was my place to throw out the old ones. During our stay, we observed several other rooms, and it seemed they all had been updated, and were very clean.
Owner response:Aloha Guest, condo is well cleaned after each stay. the carpet is cleaned often, it needs 2 days for that, you had a back to back check in .Curtains are scheduled for their cleaning. A double plug in a small kitchen is sufficient. Touch ups are done regularly . Mahalo

I had a great time. I recommended this unit to my friends and family. I enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach, clean, quiet and well maintained. I will definitely be a guest again.

I loved everything about this condo. It was well located on a great resort with many amenities. It is a very comfortable unit with everything you need a 2 minute walk from the beach. I would stay again.
