Breath taking panoramic view of Lake Travis. House is perched on a cliff overlooking beautiful Texas hill country and Lake Travis.
Marina is directly below and the swimming pool directly in front of the house. No neighbors on either side. Very private and secluded with a deck on the back to toast sunsets and a deck on the front to barbeque. Life does not get much better.
The house is fully furnished with a full kitchen and dining table inside and out. The master and guest bedroom have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rate is $225/night plus 11% sales tax. $1200/week.
All rates are subject to tax charges; Deposit of $225 is required.
If using the lake, a marina key deposit of $200 is required.
Cancellations must be in writing via mail or e-mail one week before cancelling.
A cancellation fee of 15% will be retained and the remainder returned.
Nightly rates based on two-night minimum.
