We have stayed four times and this is a great house to chill out in. The owners just installed new flat screen TV and are keeping the place up very well. One problem with internet but was addressed promptly. Looking forward to next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Wow!! This house was great!! The kitchen was extraordinary and well stocked, we rarely went out to eat because everyone was fighting over who got to cook on the stove next. The house was homey and welcoming. There were 6 adults and 2 dogs in our party, and everyone concurs--this was an awesome place to stay! Woof woof!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were told when we stopped for lunch in Montrose that we would fall in love with Ouray and they weren't wrong. The house is so comfortable and is in a perfect location. We have found that people drive everywhere in the USA and it was so nice to be able to leave the car in the drive and walk into town to the shops and to the hot springs pool. My husband and oldest son hiked Bears Creek, my husband has hiked the tallest mountains in Scotland, England ireland Wales, Northern and Southern ireland and my son was just back from hiking the Inca Trail and both said Bears Creek was one of the most spectacular hikes they had done. We will be back and the next time I plan to join them on Bears Creek and make it all the way to Engineers Pass.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The house in Ouray was just perfect for our vacation in the great state of Colorado. We arrived on a Friday evening (tired from traveling) and found the house just as we had imagined - excellent. The wood burning stove warmed the entire house Saturday morning as snow was falling outside. We cooked inside the entire stay and thoroughly enjoyed the professional range. The house was very well stocked for all our needs. The hot tub topped it off. I would recommend the Your-Ray Home to anyone. We had a group of eight (6 adults and 2 children) and we were very comfortable. My husband really enjoyed reading all the literature provided about the local attractions including off-road trails. We hope to bring our own Jeep next year. Thanks Chris & Crystal!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We stayed in the house for a week in July. The house is fantastic… everything was better than I expected. We spent the week enjoying the mountains; Jeeping, hiking, exploring Ouray & Silverton. Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The Ouray area was even more beautiful than we remembered. We stayed in your home for four nights. It is roomy, well-furnished, and well-designed for family time together. We rafted, jeeped, hiked, and at the end of each day we returned to your home to cook dinner together and then closed the day visiting in the hottub. It was perfect. Two of our near-grown sons were with us. They were excited to learn about the electronics your home offered, but we scarcely used them. We opted to soak up the outdoors. The wireless internet did allowed them to keep in touch with their friends at home. They liked that. You must feel very fortunate to be able to offer such a wonderful respite.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Ouray itself is magnificent, and staying here amplified the wonderful experience. The open, relaxed space downstairs made for a warm, hospitable feeling, while the bedrooms upstairs provided the privacy for a good night's sleep. I would not only recommend this to friends, but even to my mother who is most fickle about where she stays on vacations.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had a WONDERFUL weekend in Ouray. The kitchen is fully established to allow us wonderful home-cooked meals. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Our 1-year old son had so much fun playing and exploring the house, going on the river walk, and playing in the snow. The home is kid-friendly and dog-friendly...perfect for our vacation needs. Thank you for sharing your home with us!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

The house is incredible! The amenities are top notch with a kitchen that I can only dream about having in my home. What was really wonderful is the comfort and "at home" feeling the house has. It is truly the place to be when a vacation is what you want. So close to town yet out of the way and private. Also, the hot tub was priceless after a day on the slopes of Telluride. I can't wait to get back!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
