- Across the street from the ocean with 1-2 minute walk...easy access to the best part of the beach with beach all day long! We're at beach access #2 one of the nicest part of the beach on the Island. You don't have to walk thru dunes or on a boardwalk...just step onto the beach! Don't be fooled by "center island" locations, very crowded...with no room to spread out...
beach access #2 provides privacy with 24/7 beach!

- Front of house enjoys magnificent ocean views, rear of house has panoramic views of the five star "Ocean Point" golf course! You get the best of both worlds....

- Balconies off all bedrooms with huge decks on front and back of house. Every bdrm has an ocean view and it's own bath! Enjoy sunrise, sunsets or just sun bathing!

- I designed and built our home for our own family to use for the holidays so the home is designed with an exceptional floor plan with Master on main. Huge Master bath and walk-in closet! Master has been upgraded with custom drapes, posturpedic bedding, 400 thread count sheets, new hypo- allergetic pillows and a flat screen t.v. for total luxurious comfort! The home has also been upgraded with hotel quality linens & towels.

- First floor has an inviting open plan perfect for family gatherings...with kitchen overlooking dining room and family room. Dining area also can open onto back deck overlooking the golf course!

- Family room, has 20'ceilings with enormous 2-story bay windows that look out to the 5-star "Ocean Point" golf course, lagoon and amazing wildlife!

- No matter where you are on the first floor, you can be a part of the conversation while hearing the ocean breeze and smelling the Island's scent!

- Lots of places to retreat for quiet moments and the kids can enjoy our Game Room equipped with a foosball table, T.V./DVD with hook ups for Play Station, X-box etc and a hugh chalk board wall for the little ones to draw their masterpieces!

- Create amazing meals while seeing, smelling and hearing the ocean through the large windows in the kitchen. Kitchen is well-equipped with double ovens and lots of counter space!

- Enjoy meals cooked on the Weber grill and served outdoors on the large glass table (seats 6-8)while overlooking the 8th fairway and wildlife!

- Upstairs has four comfy bedrooms, each with a unique beach decor!

- Two bedrooms face the ocean each with Queen beds and jack and jill baths. One of the Queen bedrooms has an additional twin bed. Both rooms open to the upper front deck looking onto the Atlantic Ocean! A queen high quality air mattress is provided as well.

- The other two bedrooms view the golf course and have two twins in each room along w/ jack and jill baths and private balconies to admire the ocean as well! We manage our home like an upscale hotel and furnished all the baths with toiletries and hotel quality towels & linens for total pampering! Our property manager lives on the Island to ensure everything runs smoothly during your vacation.

"Footprints in the Sand" is a pristine home that is exceptionally decorated with a cozy beach flair and has been included in Fripp Island Resort’s "Tour of Homes".

Handicap-friendly. The home resonates with an intercom/music/CD system equipped with AM/FM Stereo and 6 track CD player that plays music throughout the house and on the outside deck. The yard is perfect for croquet, badminton or volley ball and the kids love to roller blade and ride bikes in the circular driveway too! One of our recent guests even had her bridal reception in the backyard overlooking the golf course and the sunset!

Come and enjoy this unbelievable vacation home!! During off season, the house can be rented as a 2,3,4 or 5 bedroom! Why rent a condo, when you can have all the benefits of a house at a condo price!

Home can be rented Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun except during Summer Season when rental is Sun-Sun. Rental also comes with beach chairs and is equipped with beach towels too! Our golf cart is also available to rent.

  • We had a wonderful time in the house, which has a very well set up kitchen, and makes it easy to do meals for a large family group. Beach was very close, the golf cart was wonderful in enhancing the mobility of our older family members. Beach area is very conducive to sitting and to long walks or hikes, and walking way out to the sand bar in low tide was a thrill for all of us. A great house with a wonderful living room vibe. Bedrooms are also very comfortable. We hope to visit the low country and your place again!

  • This was our fourth time to Fripp Island. This was our favorite house. We had 5 adults and 4 children. It was very comfortable and cheerful. We loved the front porches (upstairs and downstairs). The owner is very pleasant and helpful. We'll be back!

The owner was a pleasure to work with (I feel like I made a new friend!) she is very accomodating, and everything was exactly as stated in the home's description.   • Three generations of our family stayed at Footprints for the July 4th week. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The home was well equipped with linens and kitchen equipment. The bedrooms all have great decorations and the jack and jill baths worked well for everyone. We hope to return soon.
