This one bedroom is luxurious and was designed by its prior owner Versace!
It is spacious and located in the center of the strip, next door to the Bellagio on Las Vegas Boulevard!
We are not only next to the Bellagio, but we have the full gorgeous view of the Bellagio water show.
A short elevator ride will take you downstairs where you find yourself in the middle of all the action Las Vegas has to offer. Or spend a day relaxing by the swimming pool, soaking in the Jacuzzi, lifting waits at the gym, or playing games on the tennis courts.
This one bedroom penthouse studio has two very comfortable queen-size beds, a queen-size sofabed.
There is a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Free internet (downstairs) and all amenities listed including a small grocery store, and laundry facilities.
Bring friends and enjoy this cheap alternative to hotels!
We also have two and three bedroom suites. Cleaning fee not included ($100).

We stayed in this apartment and the faclilites were great. The room was comfortable. The location was PERFECT. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. However, contact with the the owner was terrible. She would not return phone calls, emails, or other inquiries. It was very frustrating. We were promised a refund for our deposit and still have not gotten it yet. I would be cautious when renting from this person.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This apartment has spectacular views of the fountain show at the Bellagio as well as other casinos. It is very centrally located on the Strip and walking distance to the major casinos. Queen beds were very comfortable and a roll out bed was provided as the pull out sofa lounge was out of order. Glass kitchen bench was not very practical for a family but the kitchen itself was well equiped. Free valet parking a real plus. We were able to access free wirless internet but computers downstairs were easlily accessible. I would definately stay there again and would recommend to others as this is a much better alternative to expensive hotel rooms with less views and without the convenience of a kitchen.
