Our villa is on Beach Walker in the Amelia Island Plantation and is just steps away from the pool and beach and offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool has many protected sundecks and a barbecue area.
The villa was completely renovated in 2005 and is in spectacular condition, with granite countertops and all new appliances and fixtures. Guests have commented that the villa looks "Brand New!" The kitchen and all bathrooms are brand new. The Laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with an open feel, three TVs, with cable and VCR and numerous family board games and puzzles. A perfect villa for families.
