We have REMODELED AND REFURNISHED our lovely slope-side condominium for your enjoyment. Situated a scant 150 feet above the base of Breckenridge Resort’s Peak 8, our condominium has an UNRIVALED LOCATION. Simply grab your skis from your ski locker, take a few short steps across the deck and onto the snow, breathe the crisp mountain air deeply as you pop on your skis and SKI DOWN to access either the Rocky Mountain or Colorado Super Chairs and the wide array of trails and terrain that they service. ABSOLUTELY NO WALKING!!!

Forget the buses, cars, and lugging of equipment that usually follows a long day of skiing. Instead, allow your skis or board to do all the work of bringing you right back to the steps of the condominium. After a quick change, you can relax in the slope-side hot-tubs as you admire panoramic views of the resort and its surrounding mountains.

We've stayed in this unit for a week this February, 2011 and had a fabulous time!!! It's truly ski-in/ski-out you can ever imagine which becomes even more important taking into account high attitude. Hot tub was amazing, right on the slope, really hot and not crowdy. The unit itself is very comfortable and very-well equipped, we didn't feel lack of anything. We had a great time with my family and hope to come back sometime. We highly recommend this condo! It was great pleasure to work with Irene. She is so nice, helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a great place to spend your vacactions. The place was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location is incredible and perfect for a skiing trip. We are definitely coming back!

OUR FIRST TIME IN BRECKENRIDGE AND WE LOVED IT. WONDERFUL LOCATION. YOU CAN SKI-IN AND SKI-OUT FO SURE. ALSO THE CONDO IS LOCATED BY THE NEW GONDOLA, VERY CONVENIENT!!! THIS CONDO IS VERY NICE AND VERY CLEAN. WE ARE GOING BACK NEXT WINTER.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
