On the second floor (American 3rd with elevator) of the prestigious Viscount Court building, with a quiet outlook to the rear, the apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room and dining area, a double bedroom with generous storage space and an en-suite bathroom with newly-fitted shower facilities. A sofa bed in the sitting room increases the sleeping capacity of the apartment to 4 people.
Designed to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort and style, this is the ideal place to enjoy the Notting Hill lifestyle.
The lounge is spacious and light, with a large plasma TV screen, home cinema system and iPod deck. The sofa bed can be opened at night and can sleep two people.
The seating area accommodates 4 people comfortably around an antique fireplace. Six people can sit around the dining table.
You will receive a well stock welcome hamper on arrival and luxury bathrobes, soap, shampoo and conditioner are also provided during your stay.
The apartment has white oak floor throughout with the exception of the bathroom and kitchen which have both been tiled.
The Victorian block where the apartment is situated is ideally located and in the heart of Notting Hill with all the shops, restaurant and all amenities within a very short walk.
If you enjoy massages and facial, there is an amazing spa called Space NK. A massage could be the perfect end to a busy day walking around visiting London.
Also note that we can arrange for a driver to pick you up from the airport (not included in the price).
If you are staying more than a week, there is a mid stay clean included. All towels and sheets are changed weekly and/or during mid stay cleaning.
Should you require additional maid service/shopping/cooking, this can be provided daily for an addtional £12/hour (t be paid directly to the maid).
Note that a number of dry cleaners are located near by and offer a same day service.

Fantastic location and very very nice property, perfect for a family and romantic holiday. This flat in Notting Hill has all you need for an unforgettable holiday in London: quiet place, kind people in the shops, bars and restaurants. The property is well cleaned, maintained; the customer service is good and me and my family warmly recommend this choice to everyone! we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment! its a nicely furnished , light and quite place, perfect to recover from a stressful day in the city. the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay, and there is a nespresso machine for real good coffee! westbourne grove with nice shops and a lot of nice cafes and restaurant is just in front of the door and portobello road is just a short walk away. notting hill tube station is also just a few minutes walk or two busstops away. and we enjoyed to go for a run in hyde park! we definitly can recommend this place and will hopefully come back an our next london visitDid you find this review helpful? Cancellation policy:
1. To reserve a property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial (50% of the total rent due). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, Patricia and Gerard Connell will send a document confirming receipt, directions for key collection and further information relating to the holiday. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. 2. The balance of the rent, together with the security deposit (see clause 4) is payable not less than 30 days before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, Patricia and Gerard Connell reserve the right to give notice in writing that the rental is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance. Reservations made within 56 days of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking. 3. Taxe de Sejour is not applicable in London and chargeable expenses such as phone calls made to foreign countries arising during the rental period will be asked to be settled locally. 4. A security deposit is required in case of damage to the property or its contents (the amount is 500 euros). However the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client's liability to Patricia and Gerard Connell. 5. Patricia and Gerard Connell will account to the client for the security deposit and refund the balance due within 14 days after the end of the rental period. 6. The rental period shall commence at 4.00 p.m. on the first day and finish at 10.00 am on the last day. Patricia Connell shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation or any of its facilities including private parking spaces before the time stated and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated. Not however that if it is possible for Gerard Connell to accommodate and early arrival or late departure this will be offered. 7. The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 4 people. The renter is deemed not to smoke or let any one smoke in the property at any time. This is a non-smoking apartment. 8. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Although a final clean is included in our prices Patricia and Gerard Connell reserve the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. The client also agrees not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to those residents in neighbouring properties and to abide by the rules of the building's management. 9. The client shall report to Patricia and Gerard Connell without delay, any breakdown in equipment or defects in the property. Arrangements for repair or replacement will be made as soon as possible. 10. Gerard Connell shall not be liable to the client: - for any temporary defects or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the property. - for any loss damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of Patricia and Gerard Connell. - for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, Patricia and Gerard Connell shall, with seven days of notification to the client refund to the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. 11. Under no circumstances shall Patricia and Gerard Connell liability to the client exceed the amount paid to Gerard and Patricia Connell for the rental period. This contract shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England
