LOCATION, LOCATION , LOCATION - IT'S PERFECT!! This apartment is a short, safe and very pleasant 5 min stroll from wide sandy beaches, beachside cafes & facilities which are all at the end of the road!! And only yards away is the famous NIKKI'S BEACH. If that isn't enough, in the other direction, it's also only a 5 min stroll from the famous luxury 5* DON CARLOS HOTEL which you can visit for dinner or cocktails on the veranda!. A selection of first class restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, banks and other amenities are all within easy walking distance of the apartment and of course, a golf course is never far away! The closest is the Santa Maria golf course about a 5 min drive away.
MARBELLA, including the gorgeous Old Town, is a 10/15 min drive and so too is the very fashionable PUERTO BANUS where you can watch and admire luxury yachts, cars, shops, restaurants and of course, the beautiful people!
BENALMADENA, FUENGIROLA AND TORREMOLINOS are all close by offering lots of theme parks and other activities. Or why not visit the charming hillside towns of MIJAS or RONDA or venture further afield by seeing GRANADA, SEVILLE or GIBRALTAR.
And as well as the sophisticated or quant shops offered by the towns, there are 2 shopping malls nearby 'Euroski' and 'La Canada' so you can shop until you drop!

Why the Owner Chose El Rosario: Elviria is a great suburb of Marbella and the apartment is in the beach side area of the town. Its location is great - near enough to everything you need but on top of the beach so you can totally chill. It gives the best of both worlds and its so easy to get to - only 25 mins from the airport. All this made it the ideal holiday home for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: The apartment is in a small community block of only 32 units set in lovely gardens; its secure; its very well maintained but overall it gives home from home living.
