Nestled within the pines on the West side of Lake Winnipesaukee, this property offers sunshine for sunbathers and shady areas for shade-lovers. Every room of the house offers panoramic views of the mountains. The house has its original pine board walls,and a comfortable, casual lake house atmosphere. 3 Bedrooms have a double size bed and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Located in the beach shed are lawn and sand toys, life jackets, fishing rods, and lawn chairs. There is a swing set and a hammock. We have a 60 foot plus dock with whips to tie boat to and a mooring. Our beach frontage is 89 feet which has a gradual slope with sandy bottom as far out as you can walk and beyond.
Gunstock Ski area is located five miles away offering downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and tubing. The frozen lake offers limitless opportunities for ice fishing, snow mobiling, Cross-country skiing and ice skating. Great views and hiking at Mount Major three miles away. |
