Completed in Summer 2005, Oakham View provides you with luxurious comfort for your holiday in Florida. Situated less than 10 minutes away from the main Disney Parks we are located on the US27 close to the interchange with the 192. The villa is in a prime position for accessing all the popular holiday venues including the Universal Parks and Seaworld.

This ground floor accommodation has two master bedrooms both with king-size beds and en-suite facilities. Both en-suites have hairdryers.

Two further bedrooms both have twin beds and link to the third bathroom.All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes with ample additional drawer space.

Baby Buggy, highchair and Travel Cot are also available on request. All linen and towels for use in the villa are free of charge.

The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with every facility you will need for your stay; full-size cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, washer tumble-dryer and ironing facilities.

The lounge is tastefully furnished and offers large multi channel TV, PS2 with games and other table games.
To the rear of the property, facing southwest is the 26 floor heated pool which can be accessed by either of the master bedrooms or from the lounge. All the doors leading to the pool are alarmed for safety. A newly fitted games room provides additional entertainment with pool, air hockey and electronic darts. As previously stated, the villa is all on one level and is therefore disabled user friendly. It is fully air conditioned throughout.
The villa has a wireless internet connection and a monitored alarm system.There is a cordless phone with answer facility for use by guests and local calls are free.
