This beautiful and serene home away from home (built in 2005) is quiet and peaceful, and is nestled amongst beautiful Ponderosa Pines. It is a Forest Home and located at the end of Wild Water Court Court, in the exclusive brand new development, RiverWild that is part of Mt. Bachelor Village Resort.
BendRiverWild is located in the secluded RiverWild area of Mount Bachelor Village Resort on Bend's west side near Century Drive on the way to Mt. Bachelor. RiverWild is adjacent to the Deschutes River and is also very close to shopping and restaurants.
The home sleeps 8, and has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, cabin style exterior architecture, contemporary and shaker style interior, about 2100 square feet interior plus 650 square feet covered porch and spacious 2-car garage with laundry in house. The house feels very open and has 9-foot ceilings, while the living room has 24-foot ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with granite tile counters, stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas cook top, bar with 3 stools, and a full stock of utensils and countertop appliances.
