Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath, and Jacuzzi. From here you proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area, gas barbecue, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds), and a family room with queen sofa and entertainment center(DVD/CD/TV) and computer with free high-speed Internet. Each room has direct access to a large terrace with private infinity pool and lounge chairs.
This time of year, your mornings start with beautiful sunrises and views of local fishing boats heading out for the catch of the day. Why the Owner Chose Pueblo Bonito, Montecristo Estates
We have been coming to Cabo since the mid-70's and love coming here to enjoy the beautiful weather, whale watching, sailing, snorkeling, sunset cruises, fishing, hiking, golfing and entertainment. We wanted both the convenience and amenities of a 5-star Resort and a quiet retreat where we could enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean, relax in our own pool and be by ourselves or with friends and family once retired. Our Montecristo villa at Pueblo Bonito Resort gives us all these and more. We(& our guests) have free use of the other three Pueblo Bonito sister resort facilities in Cabo with charging privileges directly to our Villa.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa - Fractional Ownership
In 2004 only two Montecristo Estates top row villas were being built to nestle in the mountainous ridge above the main Resort. We were lucky to have the "pick-of-the-litter" and chose Villa #11 which was on the end of the row, at the highest point in the Estates/Resort including a fabulous panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean & the entire Resort. Downtown Cabo is 10-mins by car. Frequent free Resort shuttles can also take you anywhere within the Resort and to downtown Cabo. Villa includes 24/7 Resort Concierge, Room and Medical services and Daily Maid services and Daily Kids activities.
Our goal is to answer questions & provide whatever assistance to our guests to make their stay at our villa a pleasant & memorable experience. So, we provide a 3-page Guest Information Sheet which includes: Lots of Resort information; Transportation between San Jose del Cabo(SJD)airport and Resort(unless you rent a car); Concierge Services telephone number and email address; Where to buy groceries/beverages w/directions; Golf courses & how to make advanced reservations on-line; Suggested restaurants, day trips and other activities. Marina Area surrounding by great open-air restaurants and pubs, shopping mall, galleries & shops. Can make arrangements for fishing and other water activities. Contact Montecristo Concierge also.
Take new off ramp(new ramp & WalMart not shown since google map not current). WalMart is 0.8-mi from downtown on left. See it from Main Hwy 1.
Costco is visible on right about 2.5 miles before arriving in downtown Cabo. Yes, you can get a Costco hot dog here as well!
Roadhouse is a favorite LOCAL pub w/great food & reasonable prices. Closed either Mon or Tues. Take first street after Costco and electric power station on right, up hill on right about 500ft.
TS is a great 50-mi day trip north on Hwy 19. TS is "laid-back" w/ an active artist community & where famous Hotel California has been restored. Shut-up Frank's Pub:Local hangout for ex-pats.
Thurs. evening Art-Walk in old downtown SJDC is a favorite outing. Galleries & artisan shops stay open late. Some may even treat you to wine. Good restaurants along the way.
Access PLC from downtown old San Jose del Cabo. Consider combining w/ Thurs. Art-Walk. Fishing trips @ PLC Marina less expensive than Cabo's. Recommend drive around Resort & Greg Norman's golf course

Originally both from Maine's Coastal Region we've lived in the beautiful Northwest area of Portland,Oregon since 1974 except for a 5-year sojourn to Stuttgart, Germany where Jerry worked for the US military and Judy for the American Red Cross. This was a once in lifetime opportunity to travel and learn about many cultures from Scandinavia to North Africa and Eastern Bloc countries to the Mid-East.
