This entire luxury, two-story 4,500 square-foot Villa (2800 under roof & 1700 terraces) in gated Montecristo Estates is yours! Three direct terrace-access ocean view bedrooms, three and-a-half baths, five flat-panel TVs! Sleeps 10 people comfortably.
Enter your marbled floored Villa through a private stone courtyard with bubbling fountain to the first level that includes a full kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, and master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk-in closet, private bath, and Jacuzzi. From here you proceed onto your terrace with partially-shaded dining area, gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and outdoor hot tub. The lower level is complete with two junior suites (one with king bed; one with two queen beds), and a family room with queen sofa and entertainment center(DVD/CD/TV) and with free high-speed Internet computer and WiFi. Each suite has direct access to a large terrace with private infinity pool and lounge chairs.
This time of year, your mornings start with beautiful sunrises and views of local fishing boats heading out for the catch of the day. Also, whales can frequently be seen from your terrace breaching as they feed and raise their young. Your daylight ends with spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets, just in time to hit the fun and festive nightlife 10 minutes away in downtown Cabo.

January 2013 We recently visited Cabo for the first time and decided to stay at Montecristo. While the pictures were amazing they don't do the place justice. The moment we walked through the front door was when we knew we walked into paradise. You are greeted with a soothing fountain and then swept away with a view that instantly takes your breath away. It is the only place we have ever stayed where you can see the sunrise and sunset from your bedroom while looking at the blue Pacific Ocean! Our entire stay was complete relaxation from the personal infinity pool to the hot tub. The amenities are top notch and service from the resort made this the total package especially for our whole family. There is no question we will be back. We recently returned from our annual family vacation. We have stayed at many properties throughout Hawaii and the Caribean This year, we chose to stay at this property. It was our first time at such a property that has the privacy of a home and all the convenience of an all-inclusive resort. We found this very nice as we always prefer to avaoid the crowds of the large resorts but found the relatively close location of the resort very nice. The maid, shuttle, and conciere service was exceptional and beyond expectations. The view from the deck was exceptional, again, beyond expectations. We had our morning meal every day on the deck and spent many afternoons as well. Nearly every day we could see whales in the ocean. Field glasses would be of great benefit in this regard. We also had many evening meals and after dark dips in the hot tub. The view of the lights below, again really is exceptional. Our three mid-teen kids made great use of the pool and community fitness centre. Gerry, the owner, was very helpfull in ensuring our vacation was without problems. I highly recomended property in our opinion.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was our first time to Cabo and we wanted a memorable and relaxing vacation. We were not disappointed. The location had a fantastic panoramic view from the highest hill in the entire resort including seeing whales from its terraces. Booking was incredibly easy and the owner provided us with multiple emails and print outs of information, they even had laundry detergent! The staff at Montecristco was extremely accommodating from delivering desserts at 10:00pm to arranging a special price for a sunset jazz and wine cruise. From our window we could see BOTH the sunrise and sunset. We can’t wait to return. Pictures cannot prepare you for how beautiful, serene, and expansive this villa is. This was exactly the relaxing vacation we were searching for, thank you Jerry and Judy! We have been to this villa twice and plan to go again. Its location provides the best views. We love starting and ending each day in the infinity pool, watching the ships go out in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Great accommodations and wonderful terrace space to enjoy the outdoors and the ocean views. The bedroom suites are so luxurious. The restaurants, swimming pools and other facilities at the resort are first class, as is the service from the Montecristo staff! It is even more beautiful than the photos suggest! The owners are very easy to work with. Definitely recommend this for a family gathering, girls getaway, or romantic escape!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Montecristo #11 exceeded all of my expectations! This luxury villa is very well appointed; the location is impeccable, and the views absolutely incredible. Accomodations and amenities are very comfortable and well planned. The Villa staff is very attentive to guests needs. All of Pueblo Bonito companion sites, pools, restaurants and spas compliment Montecristo. Sunsets from the infinity pool are beautiful. Montecristo #11 was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find everything better than the pictures and the staff was wonderful. This is a great place to rent if you have a large family or are going on vacation with a few couples as each bedroom has it's own full bath. There is plenty of space, everything was immaculate and you get the best of both worlds with access to Sunset Beach down below but the exclusion of being up on the hill (not to mention the great views!). The Villa was fantastic, it was spacious, well appointed and made you feel like staying in on most nights. It is perfect for 6 people but has room for more. The hot tub and infinity pool were fantastic. This villa is at the highest point at Montecristo which provided great views. From when we first walked in the door my friends and I knew we had made the best decision! The house is beautiful and sparkling clean. Every room is beautifully furnished with great views. Your Villa was fabulous! Best family vacation ever. Close and easy to get to town. Great panoramic view of Pacific, Resort, and even saw whales from our terrace. Our family of 8 loved the privacy each suite provided as well as privacy of your Villa's end and high up location. Enjoyed use of Resort's restaurants, deli, many pools(the kids especially), etc. Hotel Pacifico amenities were incredilbe. And every day treated to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets-not to mention relaxing in the infinity pool with a night sky full of stars. Thanks and we'll be back. About the owner: Jerry(retired Civil Engineer), Judy( Retired Physician Recruiter) and daughter Jessica. Photo taken at Marina (downtown Cabo) before going on a Sunset Cruise. Both from Maine. Lived in Portland,Oregon since 1974 except for 5-year sojourn to Stuttgart, Germany where Jerry worked for the US military and Judy for the American Red Cross. Once in lifetime opportunity to travel and learn about cultures from Scandinavia to North Africa and Eastern Bloc countries to Mid-East. Recent travels include Viet Nam, China and Mongolia.
Why the Owner Chose Montecristo Estates:
Coming to Cabo since mid-70's to enjoy beautiful weather, whale watching, sailing, snorkeling, sunset cruises, fishing, hiking, golfing and entertainment. Wanted both the convenience and amenities of a 5-star Resort with quiet retreat while enjoying a panoramic view of the ocean, relax in our own private infinity pool and villa with friends and family once retired. Our Montecristo villa at Pueblo Bonito Resort gives us all these and more. We/guests have free use of three other Pueblo Bonito sister resort facilities (Pacifica, Rose, Los Cabos) in Cabo with charging privileges directly to our Villa.
