Splendid location, just walk across to the Champs de Mars for a nice promenade or picnic and enjoy the Eiffel Tower in full or cross over to the Ecole Militaire.
Enjoy the daily Rue Cler market street or 3 mins walk to the quais de Grenelle morning market 3x a wk. The convenience of the metro station at your doorstep as well as many shops, restaurants, supermarket (big Monoprix) and the famous antique centre, the Village Suisse.
This one bedroom apartment, measuring 40m² is situated on the 7th floor of a well maintained building 19th century building. The only inconvenience is that the small elevator goes only to the 6th floor and there is a flight of stairs to go to the 7th. Lots of light and very quiet.
The bedroom is fitted with a single bed. It has a window overlooking the courtyard.
The living room has a sofa bed that opens into a large bed for 2 persons. It has a telephone line, a television, WIFI connection through the building's network, a dining table for 3-4, a closet, lamps etc. There are 2 small balconies/terraces one of which allows a small table for tea or a light meal.
