A perfect family location, this two bedroom, two bath Villa boasts a beautiful ocean view with a private pool only a few steps away. Quick direct access to the best beach area on Fripp Island. Conveniently located directly across from Fripp Island Racquet Club with it’s beautiful clay courts and excellent professional instruction and adjacent to the Beach Club complex, Olympic Pool, Retail Shops, and Fitness Center.
The upstairs master bedroom is furnished with one queen-size bed, one day bed with trundle and has a balcony providing a beautiful view of the ocean and pool.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The downstairs living area is furnished with a queen-size sofa bed.
This villa has a full kitchen with cookware and utensils provided, as well as dishes and silverware. Cable television as well as VCR and DVD are provided.
Nice patio overlooking the pool area with patio furniture and charcoal grill. Linens are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Two Amenity Cards Are provided with weekly rental; Extras Available for a Fee.
Bicycles, mopeds, and golf carts are available for rent on the island.
Do not forget your camera! The sunsets are incredible. Remember to submit your pictures for printing in our annual Fripp Island Calendar.

This was our first stay at Fripp and we had a wonderful time. The wildlife on the island is amazing to watch! We would love to stay here every summer and look forward to our next trip to the island. The owners are wonderful people and it was very easy to arrange our stay. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

We have been going to Fripp and this condo for the last 30 years. My family won't move! They love the condo atmosphere and the fact that the pool and beach are right out your door. It is very family oriented and there is always something to do. The condo provides everything you need for a week of getting off the rat race of life. It is very clean, comfortable and everything you need for a perfect beach week. For us, this beach and place are the best.

Our family has stayed at this particular villa many times and have always had a great stay. You can not ask for a better location, the pool right outside your back door and the ocean just beyond that!! It's great for the kids to have their "own" pool. Everything is provided, from the kitchen supplies to towels...all you gotta do is pack up and head to this beautiful little get-a-way villa! It's central location on Fripp makes bike riding a breeze and is right beside the ice cream shoppe :) Ride down to the point and take some awesome sunset pictures!! We would definetly recommend this cute little villa to everyone. Enjoy your stay!!

The condo is great. Perfect place to relax with family or for a wonderful trip with you husband. Great views of the pool and the beach. The condo is always clean and you have everything you need just like home. Right next door to the Beach Club Restaurant and they have very good food. We are counting the days till we are there again.

We look foward to vacationing at Fripp every year. It is the perfect place for relaxation and fun family time.Our teenage son and his friends love it!! This property is the perfect place to stay. It is located in a convenient area with a great view of the beach and the pool right outside the door. The condo is always spotless and in great working order. All kitchen items are available for cooking. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. You must try Dockside Restaurant. It will complete your vacation. Our family is counting the days until our return to Fripp.
