Recently took my wife and two kids up to the Red Cottage for a nice weekend of R&R. Loved the house and its amenities. Very close to two wonderful little towns for shopping and sightseeing, Alden and Bellaire. Owner's are very easy to work with and you shouldn't pass up an opportunity to go. We will certainly be going again soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We just returned home and wish we were back at "The Red Cottage." It was extremely peaceful sitting on the porch and listening to the loons at night. Plus, the sandy bottom and the warm water was priceless.
