This beautiful, newly remodeled (Oct 2006), FIRST FLOOR villa features new kitchen appliances, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen sink, and ceramic tiled floor. Villamare is located in the lovely Palmetto Dunes Plantation with easy access to world-class golf at Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills, and Fazio Golf Courses. You will be in walking distance to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
There is also a general store as well as a bike, canoe, and boogie board rental shop just a few steps away. One of my favorite restaurants, Alexanders, is just a short walk from the villa. Make sure you make reservations!
There is also a free shuttle service throughout the plantation as well as to Shelter Cove where there is fine dining and shopping!
When you walk into the entry foyer, one side has a fully-stocked kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, breakfast nook, dining area to seat six, living room with cable TV and VCR as well as a washer and dryer. French doors separate the living area from the master suite which has a king-size bed, TV and VCR, large soaking tub, separate shower and bath, and private balcony.
The other side of the foyer features a 'hotel' style suite with two full-size beds, dining table, coffeemaker, microwave, and refrigerator. This also has its own full bath and private balcony.
You are just steps from the heated pool, hot tub, and awesome beach! In case of a rainy or cool day, you can enjoy our indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub, or fitness area. Bring your bikes for riding on the beach, it is a beautiful way to start your day!
