At Majestic Sun and Seascape Resorts, we have an eighteen hole championship golf, eight tennis courts, brand new fitness center, large out door pool including two hot tubs, one heated and air conditioned indoor pool. All these amenities are on-site for your enjoyment. With out a doubt, the main attraction is our 2000 feet wide magnificent beach front property, open shoreline, unobstructed gulf views and beautiful emerald blue-green waters, dolphins romping in the surf, glistening sugar white sands, sea oats, and the most majestic sunsets anywhere... They all are a part of the Majestic Sun Beach Resort at Seascape, Destin, Florida.
This is Majestic Sun, Unit # A314, a luxury condominium resort unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great unit for families with children who love to swim. Parents can easily watch their children swimming in the indoor pool from the kitchen or living room windows, or watch them in the outdoor pool from the balcony. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for surfing the net, catching up on emails, or if absolutely necessary doing a little work from the beach.
Relax around the 3200 square foot, outdoor/indoor heated pool with waterfall accents, tropical landscaping, and 2 hot tubs. - Balcony: Our gulf facing balcony is equipped with one table and four chairs. The unobstructed views of the beach, gulf, sunsets and the outdoor pool can not be better. Parents can sit on the balcony while watching or talking with your children swimming in the pools. Rumor is that the "straight down view" of the pool from our 3rd floor balcony is really great. Of course, I do not know!!
- View/Location
- Oceanfront: We love the location of our property. From the deck of the Majestic Sun Outdoor Pool, the beach is 100 feet or less away and the gulf surf, depending on the tide level, is approximately 200 feet away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. When coming back from the beach, you are asked to shower off the sand at one of two outdoor pool showers. Restrooms are available adjacent to the pools. When the children have had just enough sun not to blister, move them into the indoor air conditioned pool for some welcome cooling off time.
- Lakefront: Majestic Sun is located on Lake Stewart which is a fresh water lake. The fishing is very good so bring your fresh water fishing gear.

Why the Owner Chose Majestic Sun
Our family decided to purchase a Florida Vacation Property somewhere in the Florida Panhandle because we wanted to be located on the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico (northwest side of the Florida Panhandle) plus the driving time from our home in Gainesville, Ga. was only about 6 hours. In order for us to locate that "Perfect Vacation Paradise" for our family and grand children, we visited many cities and beach sites from Gulf Shores, Ala. southeast to St.George Island at Carrabelle, Fl. At each location, we would gather a small sample of sand and take many pictures of the gulf waters. While visiting each site, we made detail notes of existing special attractions, restaurants, golf courses, off shore fishing history, and other amenities available for the entire family to enjoy. After about 2 years traveling from city to city and beach to beach, we decided to re-visit Destin because of our favorable first impression of that area. Needless to say, none of the sand samples that we had collected from the other beaches on the gulf, and dumped on the beaches in Destin, could compare to the "sugar white sand" in Destin. The Gulf Waters in Destin were without a doubt the prettiest emerald green color of any location we visited. This number one Beach Attraction along with the many other Wonderful Area Amenities available for our family in Destin, persuaded us to choose Destin, Fl. as our "Home Away Vacation Paradise". According to the January 2009 edition of Southern Living Readers'Choice for Best Beach, Destin Beaches were voted # 1. This is the area's 14th year in a row racking up honors with the Readers' Choice Awards, meaning that the great reviews come from people who actually visit the area and leave with a good impression. Since I graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and my wife graduated from Mississippi State College For Women (MSCW), we have enjoyed vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast. During the years our 4 children were growing up, we made it a habit each summer to rent a house on the beach and take off for a family fun vacation. My wife and 2 daughters enjoyed the beach while our 2 sons and I spent our time fishing. Today we still make annual trips to the beach with the children, and now 7 grand children.
