This is Majestic Sun, Unit # A314, a luxury 3rd floor condominium resort unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This is a great unit for families with children who love to swim. Parents can easily watch their children swimming in the indoor pool from the kitchen or living room windows, or watch them in the outdoor pool from the balcony. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for surfing the net, catching up on emails, or if absolutely necessary doing a little work from the beach.

Relax around the 3200 square foot, outdoor/indoor heated pool with waterfall accents, tropical landscaping, and 2 hot tubs. Relish the evening walks along the sugar white sandy beach, watching the sunset, enjoying the good life. Or, visit our brand new on site fitness center (adjacent to the pool) for a good work-out while you enjoy your favorite TV program.   • Double Bed (2) : Two Double Beds are located in the third bedroom. Sleeps two people each. With this recent change in beds, unit will easily sleep ten total people.
  • Convertible Bed : There is a very comfortable Queen Size Sleeper Sofa located in the living room. Sleeps two people. The sleeper sofa linens are located in the master bedroom closet.

• Outdoor Features
  • Deck/Patio : Due to State and Local Fire Codes, no cooking on the outdoor balcony is allowed. A very stiff fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
  • Balcony : Our gulf facing balcony is equipped with one table and four chairs. The unobstructed views of the beach, gulf, sunsets and the outdoor pool can not be better. Parents can sit on the balcony while watching or talking with your children swimming in the pools. Rumor is that the "straight down view" of the pool from our 3rd floor balcony is really great. Of course, I do not know!!
• View/Location
  • Beachfront : All guests have access to 2000 feet of Gulf Front Sand Beach and Emerald Green Gulf Waters. Refreshments are available and served on the beach.
  • Oceanfront : We love the location of our property. From the deck of the Majestic Sun Outdoor Pool, the beach is 100 feet or less away and the gulf surf, depending on the tide level, is approximately 200 feet away. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. When coming back from the beach, you are asked to shower off the sand at one of two outdoor pool showers. Restrooms are available adjacent to the pools. When the children have had just enough sun not to blister, move them into the indoor air conditioned pool for some welcome cooling off time.
  • Lakefront : Majestic Sun is located on Lake Stewart which is a fresh water lake. The fishing is very good so bring your fresh water fishing gear.
