If your idea of going to the beach is more of a Jimmy Buffet style, Southern Sands 306 is your kind of place.
• We only have 18 units in the entire complex so you do not have to wait forever to get on an elevator.
• We have ample, ground floor parking, some of which is covered so you do not have to wind your way through a parking deck to squish into a skinny spot.
• We have a gulf front pool that you share with only 17 other condos.
. We provide free wireless internet so bring your laptop.
• We are on West Beach Blvd, only a few blocks from where Hwy. 59 makes the “T”.
• A small convenience store is located just across the street from the complex.
• For dining, you can easily walk to Bahama Bob’s, DeSoto’s, Gulf Shores Steamer, Old World Pizza, Papa Rocco’s and Scoops.
• Four of the large souvenir shops are at the “T” and are also within easy walking distance.
• A brand new Wal-Mart, grocery store, entertainment (theater, shopping and water/amusement park) and additional restaurants are within 5 miles.
• We have a locked, ground floor storage area where you can store your beach gear.
• Our condo is tastefully decorated and we tried to make it as comfortable as possible.
• Sitting on the large, private balcony offers a great view of the beach.

- Pets are not permitted and smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
- When comparing rates, you should be aware that our rates INCLUDE the 11% Alabama lodging tax. Many other condo rates do not.

My family has stayed here at least 4 times! The unit is great - it has a full view of the beach and ocean-no obstructions. The photos are good, but seeing the place in person is the best experience. Always clean, always has what you need. It is a family oriented property, never had any problems with any other guests. You can walk to many places from the unit and not be too tired. The owner is always very kind, helpful and ready to work with you on any questions/concerns. I have recommended this unit to many relatives and friends. We love our stays there and make the best family memories!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo was just perfect for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. The location was within walking distance to a great number of the shops and restaurants. The photos listed were good but the condo was much better in real life. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions & concerns. I would recommend this condo to my friends and relatives. The view of the beach was FANTASTIC. I hope to rent this property again in the future for my family's stay at the beach. Thanks for a Wonderful time at the Gulf of Mexico.
