This property is located in the private lake community of Towamensing Trails. This Chalet-style house features two bedrooms, full bath, living room, and kitchen on the first floor. The second floor has a large enclosed loft which is set up as a family room and sleeping area with a full bathroom. The front of the house has a nice deck with furniture and a gas grill. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
The house is located directly across the street from the lake, boat marina, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Only a short walk to the lakefront beach and clubhouse which features a swimming pool, playground, restaurant, outdoor snack bar, and game room.
Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Lake Harmony and Split Rock Resort featuring their new indoor waterpark are only ten minutes away. If you like to hike , Hickory State Park is also a ten minute ride. Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park, and the outlets are only a 20 minute ride.

My family had a wonderful time in the Chalet. Thanks so much for a clean and pleasant place to stay for the Christmas Holiday. Owner was available for any questions, great to work with.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
