A comfortable king bed with custom bedding will assure a good nights rest. The second Bedroom Suite includes two twins beds which may also be converted to a King bed. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have TV's. Plantation shutters over the sliding glass doors of each bedroom opens onto a deck where you’ll enjoy panoramic mountain and golf course views. Sofa Sleeper in Living Room sleeps 2.
The living and dining rooms are nicely appointed with new Tommy Bahama furnishings. The new travertine flooring, high ceilings, and openness to the fairway gives a very bright and airy feeling.

My husband and I loved this place. It is not only a great location on the golf course but it has everything you would want if you were away from home. The kitchen was fully furnished and the grill outside worked perfect. The golf cart in the garage was super. We just left our clubs in the cart and drove to the golf course each day. The living room was extremely comfortable and we loved the flat screen tv. I would stay there again and plan to stay again for a longer time this year. It was just like our home away from home.

What attracted us to Palm Valley CC was the many amenities that we like which include the scenic landscape, club house, dancing Wednesday and Saturday night, health club, lots of pools and of course the two golf courses, What we like about the unit is its layout, with bedrooms upstairs, the owner updates in furnishings, amenities, pool proximity, and great view of several golf holes. We have lots of guests and find the extra suite, with its own television, works very well in giving both us and our guests comfort and privacy. We cook many meals and like eating both inside and out. We enjoy eating on the patio and especially like the morning sun, and watching the friendly golfers. The close hot tub works great for drinks and cigars during happy hour. We recommend this to anyone looking for a similar experience.
