This is a 6 year young, oceanfront condominium with EXCLUSIVE rights to the patio on the first floor.The patio is steps away from the boardwalk and beach. There is plenty of new patio furniture available with two tables. All bedrooms have a view of the Pacific Ocean and a television with a built-in DVD player. All bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom has its own large bathroom, double bowl vanity, and sliding doors to the oceanfront. Also it has a wardrobe closet. If you like to watch the waves and sunsets, this is a perfect location from the living room or bedrooms.
The condominium is equipped with flat-screen TVs with DVDs and surround sound. Music is available throughout. High-speed internet is also available.The condo is very well maintained with decorative linens. Parking is located in the rear of the building and there are two tandem spaces available. There are slate floors except the bathrooms are marble floors. All granite countertops. You can walk to the restaurants and stores or stroll along the oceanfront and its beauty.

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time! It was well maintained, tastefully decorated, and the patio was amazing! The views of the ocean and the sunsets made it almost impossible to return home. We loved sitting at the high-top table especially in the morning while listening to the waves. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to make our elaborate dinners. We enjoyed walking on the boardwalk and the condo was centrally located to the restaurants.We enjoyed staying on the first floor and having the patio to ourselves! The owner returned our security check in full within two weeks. We loved the condo so much that we are returning next year! A real Gem!!!

This was a well-equipped and well-maintained unit which worked very well for our stay. One of the best features was the patio, which was positioned so that you had morning sunshine while still being ocean front. It seemed a rare benefit to have sunshine with your coffee on Ocean Front Walk.

We love the location. The floor plan of this unit is perfect. The patio is perfect for people watching. Local property manager responded to our call promptly, but the few minor issues were not addressed during our stay. We agree with the previous tenant that the owner is not very communicative and is slow getting the security deposit returned. We stayed here over a month ago and have not received our deposit back yet either. Nonetheless, we love the place and hope to return.
Owner response:Deposit was returned. There are times that a service person can't come immediately unless of course it is an emergency. All attempts are made to have the condo in perfect condition and it is very well maintained to facilitate an enjoyable vacation. Thankyou for staying!

I rented this property in March of 2011 and everything was very nice and would have rented this property again. However, I have been trying to recover the security deposit which was refundable in 4 to 5 weeks after our stay. It it now towards the end of June and the Physician that owns the property has not returned the security deposit nor has not returned any of my communications of emails, phone calls to discuss the security deposit refund that is stated in the rental contract. So needless to say based on her rental contract and not honoring what she had stated in the contract I would not recommend renting this proerty unless you want do not want your security deposit money back.

Loved our stay here with two other couples. In town prop mgr helped with minor washer issue. Best deal....go to Ralphs supermarket and stock up on bfast food. We loved our breakfasts on the patio, much cheaper than going out. Kept windows open at night to hear ocean, was great until two when par tiers returned from bars. Awesome sunsets, would love to return. Gotta rent beach cruiser bikes! We went all over MB on them.

Two senior couples had a wonderful week in this luxury Condo on Mission Beach. The January weather was beautiful, sunsets amazing, and condo very comfortable. This was a very beautiful clean condo, and has nice upscale furnishings and is well maintained. The location is great, we had enjoyable walks on the beach and a fun bike ride. We are looking forward to another vacation in this Condo next year.
