This end-unit oceanfront condominium is a true oceanfront premium property in exclusive ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA. This unit offers spectacular ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining rooms and master suite. See the sunrise from the beautiful master suite or from the spacious balcony with outdoor seating.
All of the furniture and decor are all upscale, not what you would normally see in a rental property, or even most hotels.It is elegantly decorated and all of the furnishings, decor and artwork were carefully selected so this vacation property stands out as one of the finest in the area.
Located on the sixth floor of the most desired South and East side exposure, in the newest condominium building (1995) called "The Seawinds". I was fortunate to have been able to find a South-East side exposure end-unit in this building to purchase and offer as a vacation rental. The building is key/code entry only, which makes it private. What draws so many vacationers to Ormond-By-The-Sea is the fact that it has a semi-private NO-DRIVE beach, which makes it quiet, clean and most importantly safer, especially if you have children.
Privacy is one of the many features this property offers and that is considered important to many of my guests when selecting a vacation destination. I have hosted many Honeymooners and many couples celebrating their Anniversaries because of the romantic feel this property has with the added privacy.
There is underground private assigned parking, which is gated and operated only with a remote, which is provided as my guest. The assigned parking space is next to the elevator. There are carts in the garage for your luggage and groceries, which eliminates having to carry anything.There is additional parking, covered and uncovered in the front of the building also available to all my guests. The building and the condominium are Wheelchair Accessible. The private pool also provides wheel chair access.
Being that our Seawinds property is an end-unit, there are extra windows in the living room and one of the dining areas.The condominium is a short distance from the elevator. My beautiful condominium has central air and heat, that offers two large bedrooms [one master suite and one junior suite] and two baths. This property shows like a model. I have provided every necessity with all of the luxury.

We stayed at Barbara's 6th floor unit in March 2011. A week later we stayed in a different condo on the Gulf side of Florida. What an eye opener! Barbara was pleasant, professional and concerned that she was taking care of all our needs. The "other owner" really didn't care about all the problems we had with her condo - night and day difference. Barbara's unit was clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and would be back in the same unit next year if it wasn't already booked. We have booked the 7th floor instead and are sure there won't be any problems. Looking forward to our stay in Ormond again.

We have been renting from Barbara for many years. We always know the condos are perfect and spotless. The condo has a wonderful balony with comfortable chairs, great for watching dolphins every morning. Great beds, no hotel bed here. Fully equiped with thick towels, kitchen with everything you need and living room furniture to relax after a long day at the beach or after a wonderful dinner in the great local restaurants in Ormond or Daytona. We love this section of the beach, Beautiful and less crowed. We love staying here and the location. Close to everything but out from traffic. We plan a week here yearly and have friends that also now come here and rent the condo. It is like a home away from home but a vacation of fun and relation.

Condo was tastefully decorated. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. It was spacious and lovely. The end unit had a private view on the balcony. The location was great also. The assigned parking was a plus. The owner was great to communicate with.

This was our first trip to Ormond Beach and we had an amazing vacation! This condo was beautiful and spacious. We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. We had incredible views from our balcony and we even saw dolphins one morning. The washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient as well as the elevator and covered parking. It was family oriented and the beach and pool was not crowded. The beach chairs provided by the condo was also a nice feature. We are definitely planning on returning to Ormond Beach for another vacation. Thanks so much for providing us a great location to spend our one week in paradise.

You won't be disappointed - the condo is clean with all the pleasures of home and more. The pool and beach are clean and you will enjoy watching the dolphins swim by as you walk the beach. This is a ****** star condo. Barbara and Gene have even prepared a book so you won't miss out on things to do and see in the area. We were lucky enough to stay at the Seawiinds 601 this April.I had just retired and was looking for a spot to wind down. The cond is beautifull with all amenities including a 40 inch tv with surround sound. It is equipped with everything. The view was great with the Dolphins out each morning. We stayed in 601 from the 8th of April through 15th. From the moment we opened the door to the unit till it was locked before our trip home. Was a WONDERFUL vacation experience. We have stayed at a few different condos, all over the U.S. And by far this was the best furnished and well kept unit we have vacationed at. All the comforts of home and even more. We would HIGHLY recommend Sea Winds 601 to anyone wishing to vacation in the Ormond beach Daytona beach area of Florida.
