Both the master bedroom and the living area have sliding glass doors that open to the 300 square-foot balcony. Each bedroom has a plushtop queen bed along with a flat screen TV. The living /dining area is roomy with plenty of space for the kids to play. Enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your living room while you watch the latest DVD on your large flat screen TV. And, if you need a third bedroom, your living room sofa converts into a queen bed.
The kitchen is fully-equipped, with everything you need to whip-up a gourmet meal. Granite countertops and custom cabinets give you the luxuries of home. A large stackable washer/dryer is a must after the family's active day fishing or hiking the beach.

Thank you for letting us rent your condo. We had a wonderful week,everything was so nice and anything we could need was furnished. My aunt doesn't see to well nor does she walk very steady. This was our first stay in this condo. It was very clean and well appointed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed while staying there. Felt like we were at home. Especially loved the quiet location although it was not far from any activities you'd want to participate in. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting all the comforts of home.

Great condo just far enough away from the caziness of spring break to be very enjoyable. Well decorated and very much worth the value. We enjoyed our time at the Reynolds condo.

My wife and I stay in this unit a few times a year!! We have been coming to this unit for several years now. We absolutely LOVE it! It is the best location, the beach is amazing, the view is incredible, the unit is always very clean and comfortable. Don't go anywhere else or you will miss out!!

Thank you Reynolds Family! We love your condo. This is our 4th time visiting and we always come back. Your space is so comfortable and leaves plenty of room for the kids to play. Everything is extremely clean and well stocked. We sincerely enjoy the balcony and its' beautiful views. The indoor pool is very good on rainy days and the walk to the beach is so short, we don't mind running up for a snack break or for an extra glass of wine! Keep up the good work!

Thanks 909. This was our second stay at 909 with the family. Again we enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The balcony is unbelievable, it is huge with a beautiful view. The unit is right on the beach so it is convenient. The unit is well kept and clean. This is just a great place and with 4 adults and 2 grandchildren it worked great. We will be seeing you agian in the future. I highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.
