Relax and enjoy a cool drink at the NEW TIKI BAR located on the Gulf between the 2 pools.
We do provide free beach service which is a 230 savings!!!!!!!
IN THE UNIT we have beach chairs and beach umbrellas too! Stereo w/CD player, Free High Speed Internet access, and Wall-Mounted Hair Dryers in the bathrooms.
Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café. The Boardwalk section of Pier Park opened February 2008 and numerous other stores will be opening in the coming weeks with the Grand Opening scheduled for May 2008.
Our condo has been professionally decorated and features upscale Tommy Bahama tropical style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.
Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. The King and Queen beds each have a Serta Supreme Pillowtop Mattress. There is a third bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for the kids. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.
There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 7 and includes a Bar Height Table with 2 Chairs - a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The men will love the big PLASMA TV in the living room!
Our 8th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.
We rent to families and adults 28 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 28 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in this unit. The pictures on this site are very accurate to this unit. It was very nice and clean and most of all comfortable. The only thing i would suggest for future renters,is if you plan to do alot of cooking in the unit, bring your favorite pan from home with you. The owners were easy to work with and very nice when booking our vacation with them. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friend's and family.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This unit was amazing...the view was spectacular! The unit was equipped with everything you would need to make you feel like you were at home. We had a fantastic week with our daughter and our grandkids. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Felicia for making everything go smoothly!

My family enjoyed this condominium so very much. It was so clean, so beautifully decorated and we just loved everything about it and hated to leave it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Loved sitting out there everyday and evening. Just wished the tiki bar would have been opened the week we were there. Having televisions in every room was great. Can't wait to book it again.

Unfortunately it is not this same time last week because we were still in your beautiful condo. My family had a GREAT vacation mainly due to the fact that Sea4Miles was the most clean and comfortable place we have ever stayed in. The furnishings were upscale and AWESOME and I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. There is anything and everything that you could possibly need there and what a view....I could wash dishes all day with the scene of the ocean as my backdrop. My son loved the bunk beds and my mom loved the guest room! The guest room is just as beautifully decorated as the master, and as a matter of fact, the whole condo is. The fireworks were spectacular from the pier on the 4th of July and from the balcony it was like having front row seats. We just wanted to let you know what a great time we had staying in condo 806E at the Calypso (Sea 4 Miles). We had 7 people (2 adults and 5 kids) and we had plenty of room. The views were fantastic.!! The 8th floor is perfect. Not too high where you have to deal with all the elevator issues and not too low where you can't see all that Panama City Beach has to offer. We cooked all but 2 meals in the condo and there was everything you needed to prepare any kind of meal you want. The nice furniture on the balcony and the boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys was an added bonus. The location is perfect with a Target and many shops going in across the street at Pier Park. Parking is not a problem with the attached multi-level garage. Just make sure you park on level 3 (crosswalk level) so you can save yourself an elevator ride. The pool area (2 very large ones) was great to sit out at night and watch the kids swim while the adults enjoyed each other company with a few beverages. The Tiki Hut Bar will be a nice asset. We would recommend this unit to anyone and we would stay here again if we find ourselves back in Panama City Beach!!! Thanks again for a lifetime of memories. The kids had a blast!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in. The owners are great to work with and they have the condo stocked with everything one could ever need. We are already planning another stay here and we just came home Saturday. The location is perfect, definately a family oriented site, and more than we expected. There were 7 in our group and we were more than comfortable. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your condo last week! It is very beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for a vacation! We didn't want to come home so quickly! We really liked the location (vs. the other end of the beach!) Our daughter had a blast. She loved sleeping in the room with the bunk beds. She said it was her "ship". Her baby dolls slept of the top bunk. The DVD player came in very handy - she watched Strawberry Shortcake every night before bed. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your condo on the beach! We hope to visit Sea 4 Miles again soon!!!
