Calypso is directly adjacent to the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café. The Boardwalk section of Pier Park opened February 2008 and numerous other stores will be opening in the coming weeks with the Grand Opening scheduled for May 2008.
Our condo has been professionally decorated and features upscale Tommy Bahama tropical style furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping at the Resort.
Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, Private Bath, Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. The King and Queen beds each have a Serta Supreme Pillowtop Mattress. There is a third bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for the kids. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. All bedrooms and the Living Room have black-out curtains for when you want to sleep in or take an afternoon nap.
There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony, which spans the length of the unit has seating for 7 and includes a Bar Height Table with 2 Chairs - a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
Our 8th floor location is just high enough to escape from the hustle and bustle below and offers you privacy that you do not have on the lower floors.
There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.
We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks. $350. security deposit required.
We rent to families and adults 28 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 28 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.
