This charming 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house is nestled in the quaint community of the Bungalos. Surrounded by attractive architecture and landscaping, this Florida home will have you reminiscent of days gone by. Our home was completely remodeled in 2011 from top-to-bottom and includes all new high-end furnishings. Take advantage of our home’s attached carport private with private drive next to the oversized screened in porch which includes ample seating and ceiling fans.
This large floor plan has a magnificent interior that features tile flooring in the living, kitchen and bath areas, lush carpets in the bedrooms, granite counter tops, crown molding, high ceilings and more. Our gourmet kitchen has GE High Profile® appliances and is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and includes breakfast bar and separate dining area.
Whether you’re the master or a guest, end your day comfortably in one of our oversized three bedrooms offered. Two guest rooms located upstairs are complete with their own bath. Lovingly furnished and decorated, your linens are provided and a washer and dryer are at your fingertips. All of our rooms are equipped with TVs, cable and DVD players.
Grab your beach gear including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and sand toys conveniently located within your cottage and head to the community pool just steps away from your door. For the golfers, a community putting green is just steps away as well. Our Sunsational Bungalo is only a short drive to Sandestin’s beaches, Marina, Tennis Center and The Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

The Bungalos are a collection of charming Florida cottages peacefully tucked away along Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort’s lush bayside property, yet proved easy access to the resort’s Baytowne and Raven golf clubs and all of the restaurants, shops, entertainment and activities at the nearby Village of Bayetowne Wharf. The Bungalos community features a neighborhood pool, cabana and putting green.

~ Where's The Beach???
At the Sunsational Bungalo, its all about relaxation. Grab your gear as the resort beach access is conveniently located nearby with resort guest parking. We supply you with a pass which allows you access throughout the resort as our guest.
~ Can I bring my Pet???
No, sorry. We love our pets too but none are not invited to Sunsational Bungalo.
~ Is there a grocery nearby???
Yes, there is a Publix right outside the east guard gate and a Wal-mart less than a mile east of the resort on Hwy 98.
~ What about coupons to special attractions and restaurants???
Throughout the resort (especially in the Village) you will find newstands with "Life's A Beach" Magazine. This booklet is published monthly with listings and discounts for activities inside/near the resort.

Perfect house! The house was immaculate when we arrived. I felt so comfortable and at home the whole time. The pool was so close and that was very convenient. We had a magical vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our visit to this home in Sandestin was wonderful... The home was beautiful, the pool is right out your door, and the beach is bikeable but is 2.9 miles from the house (This can be a challenge when taking 2 small kids and a pull cart of things to the beach). I would suggest renting a golf cart if that is going to be a challenge for you too! Overall, we enjoyed the house and the pool as well.

my partner and 9 week old daughter rented the bungalo for a week in Nov 2010. We were absolutely delighted with our choice. The specification was very high for everything , linens and towels were top quality. I cant think of any negatives about the property. The swimming pool however was freezing! not heated as advertised but I'm sure that will be remedied. We cant wait to come back next year

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalo in Sandestin. The vacation home was a perfect blend of comfort, luxury and fun. The property owners have given a tremendous amount of thought to this beautiful vacation home (from high quality linens, gourmet kitchen, and washer/dryer to providing beach towels). Our family/including two children loved being close to the beach, riding our bikes to Baytowne Wharf and experiencing the many, many activities the resort had to offer. I would highly recommend the Bungalo. It is the perfect vacation home.

Cute, cute bungalow. Excellent condition. Very convenient within the resort and to off-resort shopping and activities. Love the resort's private beach. We have stayed here 3 years in a row. Great space for kids. Our 5 year old daughter loves it and can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at this Bungalo twice and absolutely love it. The location is perfect, it is beautifully furnished, and comes complete with almost everything you need for the week (excluding food, of course!)
