The Ridge at Kapalua is regarded as one of the finest properties in the resort, built with views in mind. Located as close as possible to the Ritz Carlton, this spacious one bedroom, two full bath condominium takes advantage of the beautiful Kapalua views. The island of Molokai and the dramatic ocean channel between the islands are in full view.
The living room is elegantly appointed with comfort in mind. The oversized sectional sofa features a pull out queen-size sleeper. An elegant cabinet next to the sofa is actually a hidden 'murphy bed' with a full-size mattress.
A large master bedroom with king-size bed is extra spacious with a large private bath. The second bath is located off of the hallway. Views from the entire unit are breathtaking. Located out of the direct wind, the unit is relaxing on the ground-floor. Walk out on the grass for a cool breeze or watch the whales in the winter from the lanai.
Two separate AC units keep the bedroom and living areas cool when the tradewinds don't.
One of the pools at the Ridge is located directly across the parking lot from the condo. Barbecues at the pool and a large covered patio are perfect for impromptu parties. Take the complimentary Kapalua Shuttle down to Flemings Beach at the Ritz Carlton or the Kapalua Bay for snorkeling or boogie boarding. Or stroll across the street to the private beach in front of the oceanfront homes.
