This condo has unobstructed panoramic (sweeping) views of the Gulf, pool and white sandy beaches. The (slight wrap-around)9th floor balcony is significantly larger than many other Gulf front balconys in the buildiing (you can see the balcony differences in the building picture as this Gulf front condo is the left corner-9th floor). The balcony has outstanding views including full views of the entire pool and more than 180 degress east-west of the white sandy beach and Gulf.

Tradewinds West "corner" condos are the only Tradewinds condos in which the master bedroom has "beachfront" and "side" views from three (3) windows, a double window overlooking the beach and a side window looking down the beach...fall asleep listening to the waves on the beach. You are high enough to enjoy the views of the Gulf, beach and pool without the loud noise. The 2nd bedroom also has a window looking down the beach as well.

Built in 2001, Tradewinds is located directly on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom has a (very comfortable) King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Updates include new paint, tile, carpet, windows, new king bed,sofa/loveseat and exterior doors.

In 2006, Tradewinds building was also updated with a new indoor/outdoor heated swim-through pool, new deck, fencing, and lush landscaping.

Also worth noting is Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-Condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about a half mile from a shopping center which includes: Bruno's and Winn-Dixie grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar Store, movie rental, etc.), restaurants and an emergency medical center.

Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and highway 59. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, Water Park, etc) and has a Super Wal-Mart. The new "Wharf" is approximately 3 miles from Tradewinds.
