Beautiful first floor end unit convenient to pool area and golf course. Magnolia Place is close to golf, the beach, restaurants, theaters and shopping. Our well-appointed vacation home has two bedrooms with queen beds and TVs, two baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and the amenities that makes it a great home for your vacation stay in Myrtle Beach.
You must be over 25 years of age to rent this Condo. No pets or smoking permitted. Rental rates do not include linens or the accommodations taxes which will be added to the rental amount. A $300 security deposit is required.
Cancellation less than four weeks before rental period will result in loss of security deposit.
We strive to keep our unit in top condition. Smoking in the unit, pets, and more than four occupants place undesirable wear on our unit. For this reason, smoking, a pet or occupancy by more than four persons will result in eviction, loss of rental payment and forfeiture of security deposit.
