Location, Location, Location! 1 minute walk to chairlift. 3 minute walk to Center of Vail Village
Located IN Vail Village! For winter travelers, it is a 1 minute walk to the Chairlift and a 3 minute walk to the center of Vail Village. For summer traveler, it is a easy 5 minute walk to Ford Amphitheater and the Bravo Series as well as the International Dance Festival. If you haven't been to the Ford Amphitheater, this is a venue you should attend when visiting in the Summer. Also, the Ford Alpine Gardens are very beautiful and a great place to picnic!
E-mail is the best way to contact me. I work a lot and it is not always convenient for me to talk on the phone. It is my choice, out of respect for my office, that I do not conduct my VRBO business at work.
I provide a quality product and want to rent to those who desire and will appreciate a quality product. Under construction for six months, my 'new' Condo boasts a French Country theme. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched out a floor plan and you can view it under my photos. Travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, Slab granite counter tops, Hand troweled walls, built-in bunk bed area with two twin beds, wall to wall drapes, large entry/mud room area. Very light and bright. I have also included a 26 inch wide screen LCD TV in the living room and a 28 inch wide screen LCD TV in the bedroom DVD player and DVD's are also provided. The DVD player in the bedroom is actually part of the the TV and the insert is on upper left side. The condo also has a IPOD/IPHONE docking station so you can listen to your own music.
The mud room entry is great with cubbies for hats and gloves and coats as well as a place to hang skiis. There is also a lovely built in bench for sitting while putting on or taking off your shoes.
The kitchen has a bistro table with 2 side wings you can put up when extra space is needed for meals and seating for 4.
The built in bunk beds are located directly across the hall from the bedroom offering privacy for the parents. I realize that all not all kids like bunk beds, but this is what I offer. There is no sleeper sofa.
All Seasons is located directly across the street from the Golden Peak Chairlift, Larkspur Restaurant, and Children's Ski School. It is a short walk to the center of Vail Village, only about one and a half blocks. Private, gated parking for one car is included. Parking in Vail Village is a PREMIUM and not all condos come with free parking. Parking in the Village Parking Structure can cost $28 daily.
Check out my map as it identifies things such as Chairlift, Children's Ski School, Ford Amphitheater, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Starbucks, Movie Theater, and Bowling Alley. All within walking distance of this condo!
The Ford Amphitheater and Ford Park are a short walk to the West. This is a great location for lacrosse and soccer. It is also a great location for the Bravo Philharmonic Series and the International Dance Festival.
I offer free wi-fi, in addition to the free wi-fi offered by the Town of Vail, which takes 10-15 minutes to log onto and boots you out after 1 hour. You can use my wi-fi instantly and stay on as long you like. It is provided by Amerispot.
As you may know, parking in Vail Village is lacking. This great condo comes with free parking for one car! No, not 2 cars.
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 DAYS OR MORE) ARE SUBJECT TO THE SAME RATES AND TERMS AS NIGHLTY RENTALS.
There are several seasons in Vail and my rates vary per season.
Ski Season - roughly Nov. 15 - April 15
Off Season - roughly April 15 - June 15
Summer Season - roughly June 15 - Oct. 15
Off Season - roughly Oct. 15 - Nov. 15
Each season has a high and a low rate
Ski Season low is $150 and high is $395
Summer Season low is $125 and high is $225
Keep an eye on my advertised rates as they are clearly listed and I often run specials. The best deals are for 7 night stays in the summer.
E-mail is the best way to contact me. I work a lot and it is not always convenient for me to talk on the phone.
I hope you have the chance to visit this romantic Village and stay in my lovely condo. Safe Travels!

This condo is perfect for a small group or young family looking to explore all that Vail has to offer. The condo isn't huge but recently renovated and in a great location. Its about a 3 minute walk to Riva Bahn lift in Golden Peak and 5 minute walk to the Gondola in Vail Village. Easy access to shopping and restaurants and the in-town bus is right around the corner. All around good value.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband and young daughter stayed here for a week of skiing. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing -- right across the street from Gold Peak. The apartment is small but fine as a base for other activities.Recommended for: Families with young children.

It is a clean little condo, centrally located : 5 min walk from the center of Vail and all restaurants and bars. It has plenty of parking, it takes about 5 minute walk from the condo to the lift (golden peak). The condo is very small but cozy. It has 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 2 bunk beds (my daughter loved it) in the hall next to bedroom and awesome little living room/kitchen. If you are there for skiing, it's all you need.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This unit is newly remodeled and so warm and cozy. The living area is very welcoming and the beds, incl. the bunks are comfortable. All the appliances are up to date and modern and the bath is bright and clean. The location is only a very short walk to Golden Peak.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We loved our stay in this condo. Location couldn't be beat - walk across the street to the Riva Bahn lift, or down the street to Vail Village, or walk the opposite direction if there's a concert or event in Ford Park. The condo is a great, cozy, little spot...perfect for a small group/family. I would highly recommend watching the movie Clue from the DVD collection. Extremely underrated and unexpectedly funny!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you so much for sharing your great comments. I have much pride in this condo and am very proud of my remodel results. As I live nearby, it is easy for me to keep the condo looking fresh. It is my desire to offer a great product at a competitive price

This one bedroom condo is an amazing gem! We had an amazing week 12/14-12/21 of 2007. I don't know where to start or end on the compliments so I'll be brief. The location cannot be beat. Everything about the fit and finishes are beautiful, cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Renee has thought of all the small but meaningful details.Did you find this review helpful? Owner info
Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail for 20 years. I hope you will enjoy this place as much as I do. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Why the Owner Chose All Seasons:
This condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, yet it is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and buslte, therefore, it is very peaceful. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Ford Amphitheatre and the Bravo Symphany Series as will as the International Dance Festival.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I have lived in Vail for the past 22 years. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic!
