Don't worry about privacy, Calypso 'ropes off' the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!

A wonderful stay in Flip Flops 5/5/13-5/11/13. Our second time in this wonderful unit. First floor, pool outside door and no elevator needed. Once we arrived i didn"t need my car until we were leaving. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with the mall. Would definitely recommend this unit.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed 7 nights in this condo and had an amazing time! It was very clean and perfect for all of us, from my in-laws who are in their 60's to our daughter who is 2. Perfect location for walking to Pier Park and the pier. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Wow, This condo has it all....Being on the first floor it was very easy to unload the car and put it right in the condo...no waiting on elevators or shortage of carts on check out day. The binder with all the information for the condo and menus and information on resturarants was awesome!!! Someone takes alot of time to keep the binder updated. I have never seen a condo with so many movies and games...The view of the pool and beach area is great. Sometimes on the first floor you do not have this convenience but we had it all. We will be sure to book here for future trips. Thank you!!!!!!! We had a great time.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Vacationed in your wonderful condo March 16-23, 2013. Had a wonderful stay and the kids had a great time! Very convenient on 1st floor! Loved having the lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach! My family (7) absolutley enjoyed your condo. All our children were happy with all the games and videos you had available to them. It felt like home! We stayed at this resort for the month of January and February of 2013. The unit was excellent and very spacious. The unit was exceptionally clean and very quiet. I do not hesitate to recommend this unit as it has all that you need for the perfect vacation. All is included you only have to bring your bikini, toothbrush and groceries.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My husband and I took our son and his family here for the Christmas holidays, what a treat for all! We were a total of seven and found this condo to be not only comfy and roomy, but the most awesome location for young and old alike! Being right on the beach and having a pool outside our patio was a special treat for all. The kitchen had everything we needed and having the washer and dryer in a separate room within the condo was so convenient. The owners are great people to work with, just can't say enough, and can't wait to return. Thanks again for sharing your bit of heaven with our family, be back soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

4rd trip to wonderful pc for the car show. Stayed at the calyspo 3 times. Walking to pier park daily. Very nice condo and well kept up. I have recommended this condo and recomendations have stayed here. hope to stay again in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Just back from a 1 week stay at Flip Flops and already missing it...We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children and the condo "fit" our families perfectly. The location is outstanding as it is convenient to Restaurants, Shopping, and Activities. One of our favorites was "Fatty's" sandwich shop across the street...We could run over and grab lunch in a jiffy to enjoy on the beach. The owners have provided everything you need to feel at home during your vacation...the kitchen is fully stocked and the laundry room is great...I loved coming home with no laundry to do. We especially appreciated the binder full of restaurant menus, information about activities, etc., these owners want you to enjoy your time at Flip Flops. Also, we loved the movie selection...especially for the kids! Very Cool...We all know the best part of going to the beach is the beach itself and having this incredible first floor view was AWESOME. 30 seconds and your toes are in the sand...we found ourselves lifting the kids over the railing to jump into the pool; they loved that! :-) The Tiki Bar is an added bonus...and the provided Beach Set up made our trip even more enjoyable as we could easily grab some shade when needed. Parking was a cinch with the connected parking garage...very convenient and secure. We had a wonderful time here as did our children...Thanks to Sharon and Kerry for being so thoughtful and professional; you have a real jewel in Panama City...Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Belinda's Family This is our first experience renting a condo. we've stayed in motels in the past 20+ yrs. last yr while vacatin in PCB. I noticed the two towers and wonderd how people could afford such beauty. I started reseaching in Jan and came across "flipflop" condo. I contacted the owners who are super sweet. we exchanged emails and phone calls for months because I was so excited to be able to afford their condo right on the beach! Housekeeping was so nice when I called the room to see if it was available as we were a little early for arrival time. 2 hrs later we walked into our dream vacation home. we never had to check in up front, we never had to contact the owners until the last day to let them know how much we enjoyed the condo, and we will definetly be back next year! we took full advantage of the kitchen, and laundry room. tons of maganizes, books, games for kids, and adults. tons of movies. fully equiped kitchen. sunrise and sunset was priceless. I would wake up early to have coffee on the patio while watching mother nature wake up.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

About the owner: Since 1980 I have looked forward to our annual family vacation in Panama City Beach. We stayed at St. Andrews Park in a pop-up camper and had a blast. When we grew up, Mom and Dad finally bought a condo. To make a sad story short, my Dad died suddenly in 2002 and Mom sold the condo. I convinced Mom to buy another one - with my husband and ME!
