Don't worry about privacy, Calypso "ropes off" the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!

Your fully equipped kitchen is appointed with deluxe white cabinets and black-granite countertops, plus a separate wet-bar area. We have upgraded to full designer tile in all areas, except the three bedroom areas, which offer soft, plush wall-to-wall carpeting.
Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! The Calypso Cafe (no affiliation with Calypso Resort) is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts (their grouper sandwich is my personal favorite) to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!
Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evenings :)
We have also installed extra storage cabinets for your convenience.

Since 1980 I have looked forward to our annual family vacation in Panama City Beach.
We stayed at St. Andrews Park in a pop-up camper and had a blast. When we grew up, Mom and Dad finally bought a condo. To make a sad story short, my Dad died suddenly in 2002 and Mom sold the condo. I convinced Mom to buy another one - with ME! As soon as I learned about Calypso, I knew it was the perfect spot for our family. Our arrangement has worked out great. I handle the bills and Mom takes good care of our guests! THIS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR!

Hello again, Our vacation was wonderful. Every day provides a new show! From the kitchen sink, I watched dolphin feed on smaller fish, that jumped into the air like a silver fountain! The Pompano and Spanish Mackerel were running, and fishing at the Pier was a GOLD MINE. We are thrilled with the furniture package, but a few items have not yet been delivered, and the pictures and window treatments were not yet installed - so we couldn't take the photos we had hoped to. Guess we'll just have to take another trip to PARADISE in a few weeks :) Watch for the updates!

Hello to all potential guests, This condo is a special project with my daughter, Kerry Schrand and her husband, Ryan. It is truly our dream vacation home, and we are proud to share it with you. We are excited to be going to PCB next week to see the furniture package that is being professionally installed by Waterstone tomorrow (April 2!). Lots of inside photos will follow! We had a choice of the Tommy Bahama or Beach Cottage furniture package, and went with the Beach theme. Our decor is joyful and colorful, and the furniture is light and "beachy". We have top-of-line sheets, towels, and cushy, fluffy bedding! We hope you will love it as much as we do! REMEMBER, "YOU GET MORE - WHEN YOU GO 2-104!!!!"
