You will love the oversized balcony which overlooks the ocean and one of two wonderful 172' free-form pools (one heated to 85 degrees!). You have complete balcony access and ocean views from both the living room and master suite! You don't even have to get out of bed to see and enjoy the ocean! Let the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep!
Don't worry about privacy, Calypso "ropes off" the pool areas afer 10PM. You CANNOT see in the unit during the daytime (We've tried!). All you will see is the reflection of the palm trees and ocean shining back at you:) When closed, our custom draperies are very room darkening. The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!
Professionally decorated with Calypso's Waterstone SEASIDE COTTAGE furniture and operating package - Chosen to give the highest Platinum ranking by Calypso management. Your luxury Condo (nine foot ceilings) easily accommodates eight, with king-size bed in the master suite, queen-size bed in the front bedroom on the left, bunk beds (with trundle bed, will sleep nine) in the front bedroom on the right, and a queen sleeper sofa.
Because your comfort is important to us, our unit is furnished with superior quality sheets, 300 thread count duvet covers, and 100% Pima cotton bath/hand towels.
Your fully equipped kitchen is appointed with deluxe white cabinets and black-granite countertops, plus a separate wet-bar area. We have upgraded to full designer tile in all areas, except the three bedroom areas, which offer soft, plush wall-to-wall carpeting.
Mom says she is on vacation and doesn't plan to cook much? No problem! The Calypso Cafe (no affiliation with Calypso Resort) is just across the street. We have menus in the condo, and often run across the street for carryouts (their grouper sandwich is my personal favorite) to enjoy on the patio at sunset! Can't miss sunset!!!
Our unit offers a separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Being able to close the laundry room door means no laundry noise to interrupt your quiet time in the evenings :)
We have also installed extra storage cabinets for your convenience.

- Off Street Parking: There is usually plenty of parking on the ground floor because most guests have to use the elevator, and park on the third floor or above to use the walkover.

Since 1980 I have looked forward to our annual family vacation in Panama City Beach.
We stayed at St. Andrews Park in a pop-up camper and had a blast. When we grew up, Mom and Dad finally bought a condo. To make a sad story short, my Dad died suddenly in 2002 and Mom sold the condo. I convinced Mom to buy another one - with ME! As soon as I learned about Calypso, I knew it was the perfect spot for our family. Our arrangement has worked out great. I handle the bills and Mom takes good care of our guests! THIS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR!
