The only problem is you may sleep too late to get up with the sun. The dolphins are most active in the morning!

Since 1980 I have looked forward to our annual family vacation in Panama City Beach.
We stayed at St. Andrews Park in a pop-up camper and had a blast. When we grew up, Mom and Dad finally bought a condo. To make a sad story short, my Dad died suddenly in 2002 and Mom sold the condo. I convinced Mom to buy another one - with ME! As soon as I learned about Calypso, I knew it was the perfect spot for our family. Our arrangement has worked out great. I handle the bills and Mom takes good care of our guests! THIS IS A FAMILY AFFAIR!

Vacation in paradise

The trip from Kentucky was well worth the stay. This was my second time vistiting and I arrived with two friends from work for a girls getaway. The weather was great and the view was gorgeous. Pier Park was a great place to go and is in walking distance, we enjoyed eating and visiting the shops. We watched the dolphins each morning swim by and looked for shells on the beach. We enjoyed the beatufil weather the most. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for everything!!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. My husband and I took my elderly folks down and it was great for them. Loved it. A few weeks later, I took my aunt and cousin down. Loved it. My son and his family are going down for Thanksgiving, and we are going to join them. Love it. Great eating places within walking distance. Really wouldn't have to even use your car, with shopping and entertainment right there at Pier Park. Owners wonderful to work with. We will be one of the first to book it again in the Spring. Great for families of all ages and configuration.

WOW! Thanks so much for making your home available to us. First floor - AWESOME! Easy unload - AWESOME! Movies,books,magazines,games - AWESOME! Great location - AWESOME! Nice extras (air mattress, port a crib, high chair, beach chairs or when there aren't enough at the pool - easy to hand over the balcony railing) - AWESOME! We had a perfect vacation. Deposit was returned quickly - 3 days after we were home. Only suggestion - internet access in the unit. Resort internet wasn't great and they had several websites that I wanted to visit blocked. Not as easy to get access from unit's balcony like we expected. Would still return (and will) and recommend to others. Thanks again!

My family of 5 and wife´s friend with 2 children had a blast at Panama City. If you are looking for a place to stay close to Pier Park, off-loading your vehicle at the front door, beautiful condo with everything you need on the first floor, actually a home away from home? It has to be Calypso Condo 2-104, Sherry and Sharon provides you all information needed to prepare yourself prior to your stay and after departure. Their arrangements and coordination made my visit a smooth and relaxing one and that´s why I intend to make 2-104 my home away from home during my every two year visit. This condo at Calypso is a fantastic vacation retreat! It was perfect for my husband and two children as well as my sister and her family! The condo itself is luxurious... all the amenities are there to make you feel truly on vacation! The ocean view is outstanding and having the pool right in front of our dual balconies made it even more beautiful! We loved being able to walk to Pier Park to enjoy all of the unique shops and restaurants! Sharon and Kerry are fabulous and we look forward to next year at 2-104!! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Calypso. The 1st floor condo was the best location, easy access to the pool and within walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was very clean and had all the ammenities that you have at home. Sharon made it a very pleasant experience.

My group and I had the pleasure of staying at the Calypso during Spring Break. We loved it. This was a great place to stay close to the mall and places to go and eat. Sharon and Kerry and were easy to get in touch with during our stay if we needed to and arranging our stya was just as easy. I am loking forward to coming back again with my family.

This was our second stay at the Calypso 2-104. Our first stay was in the spring of 2006 when it has just been completed. We loved it back then and when we decided to go back to Panama City Beach this past spring, there was no doubt where we would be staying and in what unit. Kerry and Sharon are always so pleasant and great to deal with. The condo is beautiful. Everything is equipped just like it would be at home, including the board games and DVD library for all ages. The notebook you have made is very helpful, especially the menus with comments about some of the restaurants in the area. Being on the first floor definitely has its advantages and also has a great view of the pool and ocean. Over the past several years, we have stayed in many different units in the Panama City Beach area and this is by far the best.

Living in Arkansas now for 10 years away from home which we call Alabama it had been awhile since we had been to Panama City Beach. We have realized how much we enjoyed it. Our stay at this room at the Calypso will have to been our fondest memory. The room and view were fabulous. Me, my wife and 15 year old son did not want to leave.
