This captivating oceanfront property overlooks the peaceful Sooke Basin, just a 40-minute drive from Victoria and a 15-minute drive from the town of Sooke. Located on a secluded acreage, the cottage is perched at the top of a small hill to provide the most breathtaking views, while a series of steps leads down to the waterfront and your own private dock. A small offshore island offers excellent wildlife viewing.
The property is mostly in its natural state with plenty of mature trees to guarantee you plenty of privacy. The cottage is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family vacation for those who enjoy nature's beauty.
Comfort Cove Cottage is a cozy 1100-square-foot "chalet-style" home on three levels. The main level, where you enter, contains a bedroom with double bed, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, dining area, and a living room with large windows and spectacular views. Sliding doors lead out to a spacious deck. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed and stunning ocean views! There is an ensuite bathroom with sink and toilet, as well as a dresser and closet to store your belongings. On the lower level you will find a romantic wood-burning stove, a pull-out sofa bed, and the washer/dryer.
East Sooke is a natural paradise, private yet close to town, known for its lush forests and endless ocean vistas. Treat yourself to a "supernatural BC" getaway!
