Our three bedroom condominium is located on the first floor, very close to the pool and clubhouse. We are the second building from the clubhouse and pool and on Windsor Hills layout, we are building number seven. Windsor Hills is a great place to play and relax! You cannot get a closer location to Disney like this!!!
The living room has a great queen-sized sleeper sofa and love seat. It is ideal for watching TV or just relaxing and listening to your favorite music. There is a TV, music center, and DVD/VCR for your use. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There are tv/dvd/cd/vcr equipment in every room. Dining table seats six people comfortably. We provide local phone service.
This is a brand new three bedroom, two bath condominium in Windsor Hills. The condominium is fully furnished with brand-new furniture and equipped with all the comforts from home to ensure a really great vacation for you and your family. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, small appliances and utensils. A full-sized washer and dryer are included for your convenience together with an iron. An ample supply of towels (beach towels too) and linens are also provided. The deck is screened in with its own table and chairs. First floor makes it easy for small children or those who appreciate being able to walk right out.
Windsor Hills is the closest gated community resort to Disney World, which is less than two miles away and in the centre of Orlando's best tourist attractions. This private community features the very best amenities a resort can offer including a huge pool complete with fountains, slides and a beach, a spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, shop and barbecue. We looked at hundreds of condos and chose Windsor Hills for the proximity to Disney and the quiet charm of the resort. The minute we saw the pool, it was like being in the tropics. We fell in love with the condo because it wasn't just beautifully decorated, but also a two minute walk to the pool.

After years of visiting Disney and renting a small hotel room (that really wasn't that comfortable), we decided to buy a condo. We purchased "our home away from home" in 2005 and began renting to people from all over the world. We have enjoyed getting to know some of our guests and love when they pass our VRBO number onto future guests. Usually once or twice a year we become the guest and enjoy what Windsor Hills has to offer, which is alot! We especially like the volleyball court and the playgrounds. We love the condo and hope that all of our guests love it too!

Could not be happier with our experience at this Windsor Hills property. Condo had everything we needed and was in very good condition. Location is the key as it is 10 minutes to the Disney parking. The pool & playgrounds are fantastic - our 4 & 2 year olds loved them and spent every non Disney moment playing in each. My daughter really enjoyed the water slide. Security and resort staff are very helpful and friendly. Owners (Kimberly & family) and IPG management staff are fantastic to deal with and made sure that everything was inplace for our vacation. Shopping and restaurants are minutes away (on 192). We look forward to future visits as the kids grow older (and want to see Disney again and again) and perhaps as a "main base" for a "boys Orlando golf trip". Thanks for all of your hospitality Kimberly!.

Mom, Dad, Daugher (11) and Son (7) stayed at this condo for a week during April 2011. The condo truly was a home away from home and so much better than staying at a hotel. He made breakfast every morning and made dinner several evenings. Getting to Disney could not have been easier. The pool at the complex was fantastic. I agree with the other comments about the owner and IPG Management being wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great vacation and definitely would look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

What a wonderful vacation we had and your condo just topped it off for us. This was our first trip to Disney and the condo was AWESOME!!! All of us ( 5 adults and three kids 13,12 and 8) enjoyed everything about it espically the pool after the long days at the park and the little shop came in handy for last minute things we needed. We could not get over how clean it was and it truly felt like home....thanks again for making our first trip to Disney a GREAT one and we will be back. THANKS ALOT!!!

3 adults/3 children (ages 7,9,11) stayed at this condo 1/13/10 through 1/22/10. Condo was clean, well maintained, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent - close to restaurants, stores and very easy to get to Disney and all other attractions. The resort has a great pool. The owner, Kimberly was really pleasant to work with and very responsive when I had questions. We arrived after midnight and it was very simple to make a quick stop at IPG Management office to get access to the condo. We had a great vacation and definitely would look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the resort amenities. There was so much to do at the resort itself that we only spent 2 days away from it. We felt very much at home in the condo. Kimberly was an awesome landlord. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney!

This was our first stay at this Condo in Windsor Hills. It was clean, comfortable and well kept. Extremely convenient to to the wonderful pool which our kids loved, and a very easy/short drive to Disney. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend for Disney vacations.

We stayed at this condo while visiting Disney World. The condo unit itself is in excellent, well kept condition with comfortable furniture & most importantly comfortable beds. It's extremely close to Disney and several restaurants and shopping. The pool area is very close to the unit and was also very refreshing. We took a day break from Disney and hung out at the pool all day and the kids loved it. My youngest loved the little splash area and my older daughter loved the water slide. All in all it was a great place to stay and if we come back to Orlando we would definitely consider renting again and would strongly recommend to friends and family. The owner was very speedy with replies to any questions I had prior to renting.

We stayed here while visiting Disney World. Such an easy drive to all of the attractions! The pool is like a really classy 5 star resort! The owner/landlord was wonderful to deal with! Highly recommended!

This was our first stay in this condo and we loved it. We had 6 people at a time staying, and it never felt crowded. The pool was beautiful, and the pool, tennis and basketball courts are all within walking distance. It was an easy drive to Disney. We would stay here again and recommend it to other people.
