Could not be happier with our experience at this Windsor Hills property. Condo had everything we needed and was in very good condition. Location is the key as it is 10 minutes to the Disney parking. The pool & playgrounds are fantastic - our 4 & 2 year olds loved them and spent every non Disney moment playing in each. My daughter really enjoyed the water slide. Security and resort staff are very helpful and friendly. Owners (Kimberly & family) and IPG management staff are fantastic to deal with and made sure that everything was inplace for our vacation. Shopping and restaurants are minutes away (on 192). We look forward to future visits as the kids grow older (and want to see Disney again and again) and perhaps as a "main base" for a "boys Orlando golf trip". Thanks for all of your hospitality Kimberly!.

What a wonderful vacation we had and your condo just topped it off for us. This was our first trip to Disney and the condo was AWESOME!!! All of us ( 5 adults and three kids 13,12 and 8) enjoyed everything about it espically the pool after the long days at the park and the little shop came in handy for last minute things we needed. We could not get over how clean it was and it truly felt like home....thanks again for making our first trip to Disney a GREAT one and we will be back. THANKS ALOT!!!

Wonderful Stay

Mom, Dad, Daugher (11) and Son (7) stayed at this condo for a week during April 2011. The condo truly was a home away from home and so much better than staying at a hotel. He made breakfast every morning and made dinner several evenings. Getting to Disney could not have been easier. The pool at the complex was fantastic. I agree with the other comments about the owner and IPG Management being wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great vacation and definitely would look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Great place to stay!

3 adults/3 children (ages 7,9,11) stayed at this condo 1/13/10 through 1/22/10. Condo was clean, well maintained, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was excellent - close to restaurants, stores and very easy to get to Disney and all other attractions. The resort has a great pool. The owner, Kimberly was really pleasant to work with and very responsive when I had questions. We arrived after midnight and it was very simple to make a quick stop at IPG Management office to get access to the condo. We had a great vacation and definitely would look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

Disney Bound

We traveled with 3 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the resort amenities. There was so much to do at the resort itself that we only spent 2 days away from it. We felt very much at home in the condo. Kimberly was an awesome landlord. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Disney!

Great Condo in Great Location

This was our first stay at this Condo in Windsor Hills. It was clean, comfortable and well kept. Extremely convenient to to the wonderful pool which our kids loved, and a very easy/short drive to Disney. The owner was very pleasant, responsive and great to work with. Would highly recommend for Disney vacations.

AWESOME CONDO

We stayed at this condo while visiting Disney World. The condo unit itself is in excellent, well kept condition with comfortable furniture & most importantly comfortable beds. It's extremely close to Disney and several restaurants and shopping. The pool area is very close to the unit and was also very refreshing. We took a day break from Disney and hung out at the pool all day and the kids loved it. My youngest loved the little splash area and my older daughter loved the water slide. All in all it was a great place to stay and if we come back to Orlando we would definitely consider renting again and would strongly recommend to friends and family. The owner was very speedy with replies to any questions I had prior to renting.

This was our first stay in this condo and we loved it. We had 6 people at a time staying, and it never felt crowded. The pool was beautiful, and the pool, tennis and basketball courts are all within walking distance. It was an easy drive to Disney. We would stay here again and recommend it to other people.

We stayed here while visiting Disney World. Such an easy drive to all of the attractions! The pool is like a really classy 5 star resort! The owner/landlord was wonderful to deal with! Highly recommended!

Our 2010 Trip to Florida

Of all our trips to Orlando area would have to say thos Home Away from Home property was the nicest accomadations we've had.With 4 adults and 2 children the layout was great. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed.Property we clean and well kept. The staff was very helpfull and curtious. Kim Lawlor the owner was very helpful and answered all our concerns.Due to blizzard back home we needed to extend our stay and Kim allowed us to stay the extra 2 night, Location was ideal to Disney Parks ect. Resturant selections were great and close by. Would definetly stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It is literally 5 minutes from the Disney property. The condo itself is very bright and well decorated, clean and well maintained. This is a gated community with a nice club house with convenience store and beautiful pool with a huge water slide. We've been coming to Disney for 30 years and we have stayed everywhere, literally, on the property and off, in hotels and condos and I can't believe we didn't find this place sooner.

This condo is located 5 minutes from the Disney property in a gated community. This is a very well maintained property and condo with an excellent recreation building, convenience store and pool. The condo itself is decorated in a way that you really realize there was a personal touch not just a cookie cutter. We have been coming to Disney World for 30 years. We have stayed everywhere imaginable and I just can't believe we are just now finding out about this place. We have stayed in other condos in the Disney area and they just don't compare. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Six of us stayed at the Windsor Hills condo in March 2007. We chose it because of the close proximity to Disney and the location was all we expected, only a 10 min drive to get to all the parks. The resort has a gorgeous pool and is very well kept up. We would definitely chose this condo again.

Every time we go to Disney we stay in a different condo. After staying at this condo we have decided to make this our only condo in the Disney area. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. It was close to the pool. The fisrt floor location was great. Our car was only steps away which really adds to the convenience. The pool area was really nice and inviting. Overall my family was very happy with our stay, we just needed more than a week! We would strongly recommend this condo.

We have stayed at this condo on 2 separate occasions and hope to stay again at some point in the future. Most impressed with the cleanliness and rates were actually cheaper than the local hotels in Kissimmee. I highly recommend this place/resort for a quiet and enjoyable stay. We absolutely loved your condo. It was sparkling clean and very nicely decorated. We felt very safe with the gated entry to the community and especially liked the beautiful grounds. The pool and recreation center are fabulous. Best of all, you are so close to the Disney entrance. Can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Windsor Hills Condo. It was very convenient to the pool and very spacious. Windsor Hills is a really great community with a wonderful pool and recreation center. We definitely recommend this condo if you're interested in being very close to Disney World and other attractions in the area.

Great place to stay. Condo is first class with everything you need. Resort is in wonderful condition and has a great pool. I have stayed in over 20 different resorts in Fl. This was the best so far. Would stay again in the future without hesitation.
