  We were extremely pleased with this house. The house was very clean and spacious with a very large master bath and bedroom. The 15 minute drive to WDW was no problem at all and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Wish we could have had more time to take advantage of the pool and grill. Our contact was extremely helpful and quickly responded to our inquiries. This a a wonderful deal!

  Great value on the house rental. It was perfect for our young family of 6. Quiet area, yet conveniently nearby Walmart, a gas station, and other stores. The only downside was that the house did not have some amenities that I thought would be standard; simple things like extra toilet paper and salt and pepper shakers.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  My family and I came to stay at your lovely home for a once in a lifetime trip to Disney World. My oldest son is getting ready to graduate High School, and we have never been to Disney. My husband and I wanted to take our three children on an amazing trip before he graduated. The home was wonderful and fit all of our needs. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves, not having to be confined in a small hotel room. The Disney Parks were a short drive away and my husband and I commented to each other several times that we were glad we had a place to go to get away from all the commotion and have a little quiet time. We loved Disney and want to go back, but it was nice to have a quiet getaway to rest up between long days at the park. We had our own private, heated screened in pool that was relaxing and a hit with the kids. Everything was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The pictures of the house did not do it justice, as we found it lovelier than the pictures could show. The property manager was very helpful in answering all of our questions, as was the concierge service. We would recommend this place for anyone going to Disney World, Sea World, or Universal Studios. Also, it would be a great place just to spend a quiet relaxing week in sunny Florida, We are planning another trip in 2014 and hope to stay here again!

  This house exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and up to standards before our arrival. The owner was super helpful in resolving one small issue that we had. The neighborhood is super quiet at night, so we had no issues relaxing at all. I would recommend this home to anyone with kids, or group. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your home!!!!!

  The house was great for my family. The pictures showed the house perfect. It was so easy to get to the parks at Disney World. The parks were close to the house no more than 15 minutes away. It was a great house and i recommend this to a family looking for a great experiance at tDisney World. The owners were also very helpful on anything i needed.

  Upon arrival, we found that the house was in great shape, the lawn was maintained and lacking the case of mange that was previously stated. The home was furnished with all the necessary linens and amenities that a person would need so that they don't have to bring them as carry on during their flight. Being less than 15 minutes from the Disney parks and away from all the noise that downtown hotels would provide you free of charge, I don't believe there could be a better value. As far as the swimming pool goes, it was clean when we arrived and the signs that were posted stated not to lock the outside screen doors due to maintenance personnel needing in to perform necessary cleaning. If someone were to look to lets say the property on either the left or the right of the pool, one might see the same signs posted on each property in the sub-division, pending that you are able to read them. I also believe that in the enclosed pool area there seemed to be some beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella in the garage along the left wall, but these items could prove to be harder to find than Waldo in the childrens' book, but if a person can read a posted sign then a person might just be able to find them. Upon departure, the basic cooking items such as aluminum foil, salt/pepper shakers, basic spices, sharp kitchen utensils, and yes even the basic condiments and toppings seem to somehow have made their way into their respective places such as the kitchen closet and the refrigerator, I mean who knew. I think that it is a shame that someone would try to discredit a nice home such as this one because they arrived without a fully stocked refrigerator, self-cleaning floors, fully automatic washer and dryer, and let's not forget the most important; a full four-course gourmet meal on the dining room table upon arrival. This was an excellent place during our stay in the Orlando area and we would be honored to stay at this home again in the future.

  What a great house!!! All very kind and willing to assist in whatever way they could. Very close to all attractions. It was an added bonus to the trip of a lifetime
