Located at Luna Encantada, you can vacation in one of the most elegant privately owned villas on the Mayan Riviera. Luxurious beachfront living right on the incomparably blue Caribbean with 180-degree views of paradise in a quiet serene setting, yet just a block off 5th Avenue (walk to everything!). The 1600 square foot, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is ideally situated a few steps from the pool and a few more to the warm and beautiful ocean.
Our custom decorated beachfront home includes a luxurious master suite, two granite and travertine tiled bathrooms and finest quality furnishings. Each bedroom is appointed with superior quality mattresses. The master features a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has two queens and the cozy guest room has one queen. This allows us to comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Our home includes cable television, quality audio system with Bose iPod dock, free wireless internet access, vonage phone service, and superior lighting throughout.
Our full kitchen has everything you need. Fresh, delicious regional ingredients are available at many markets within easy walking distance. Kitchen features granite countertops, travertine marble floors, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water filter (though we also provide bottled water for additional convenience), stove and oven, coffeemaker, blender, mixer. We have it all - dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, etc.
We are within easy walking distance of dive boats, shopping, spa treatments, and world-class dining. Take a two-minute walk to beachside bistros with dining choices ranging from regional Mexican fare to five-star dining. Play golf, snorkel, scuba, windsurf, parasail, fish, bike, boat, walk and explore the beauty and history of the Mayan Riviera from your home away from home.
Playa del Carmen is a popular vacation destination for people all over the world seeking warmth, water and a wealth of recreation and relaxation in a setting that does not include high-rises and mega-resorts. Playa offers world-class everything: charm, cuisine, sightseeing,spas and shopping. A lively day-time beach scene with water activities and sports for everyone becomes blissfully quiet at night.
Playa del Carmen and Luna Encantada are easy to get to: fly into Cancun and either take a 30-minute cab to Calle Sixth and the beach or a luxury bus to the Playa terminal just two blocks from your vacation home. (Alternately, you can fly into Cozumel and take the ferry across the Caribbean and land just a few blocks from your vacation home.)
