Everything is included: 42' inch plasma TV, cable, DVD, great sound from in-wall speakers, unlimited long distance telephone service, and best of all, high speed internet and a desktop computer. Either bring your own laptop and connect to the internet, or use the desktop provided to check your email, surf the web, do your banking, and plan your activities.
The Anasazi complex is both gated and watched by a roving security guard from 3 am to 7 am. When you have guests arriving, view the front gate on the TV.
Being located adjacent to the Paradise Valley Shopping Mall and the Stonecreek Golf Course, anything you might need is within walking distance, even a dog walking path alongside the golf course. (Anasazi allows one small pet.)

I was a guest from The beginning of Aug through the end of Oct. I have to say, the apartment stayed surprisingly cool in the summer heat. It overlooks the pool but due to the high floor there wasn't much noise. It's really well appointed and centrally located (PV Mall is in walking distance). I left my cell phone in the unit at checkout and the owner even had it mailed to me! That is going above and beyond.

My husband and I stayed in one of their Anasazi 1 bdrm condos for 4 weeks and were so impressed with the condo, the condo complex, the location, the facilities, etc., that we are in the process of buying one of the same. This is an A-1 condo and location for anyone wanting to see all of Phoenix and all it has to offer! Also, it is so easy to "get of out town" - the road planning is amazing! Loved it!

This property is a perfect place to stay while in Phoenix. It is convenient to great shopping, restaurants and freeways. The amenities and furnishings are wonderful. The property is quiet and feels secluded. It overlooks the pool. The adobe-colored buildings against the intense Arizona blue sky offset by the surrounding green pines gave a picturesque view. The pine trees are ideal for bird watching. Our host was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
