Very Private and unique view of Rangeley lake and Saddleback Mountain two acre private lakefront for swimming, boating, and picnicking within walking distance of the house. Wrap around decks both covered and uncovered for sunbathing and rainy days. Within five minutes of Rangeley Village. This house is close enough to Rangeley Lake to hear the loons call at night.

No bugs! My house sits in the middle of a lupine field that is well drained and does not attract mosquitos or black flies. When everyone else is being chewed on, you can sit on the deck and relax bug-free.

This is the ideal location to enjoy the Rangeley area. I am just below the golf course, and there is a network of quiet dirt roads for biking, and walking away from the traffic. The private lakeside area can be walked to in 5 minutes or driven to if you choose.

This is not typical rental property. This is my home and residence part of the year, and the rental offering is being done only to offset the rising tax revaluations that are occurring all across the Northeast. Therefore I am seeking responsible adults and families that will treat my home as their own.

At this time I have decided to only rent two weeks during the month of August. full week rents preferred. Security deposit and references needed.
