Four WInds Condominium Complex. Twelve miles from the nation's oldest city and 30 miles from Daytona Beach. Only one and a half hours to Orlando and all the amusement parks. This area is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Located at Four Winds Condominums.
There are two pools (heated in the winter) on-site as well as a small basketball court, tennis court and putting hole. It is maybe the only property in the area that allows guests to leave their boats and trailers in the parking lot.
The beach is perfect in this area; not too crowded and lots of beach (unlike other eroded areas). It is a ground floor unit just three units in from the ocean. You cannot see over the sandunes to the beach but the two patios are just a few feet away from the beach overwalk where you can sit and view the ocean.
Historical St. Augustine is home to great restaurants, a historic pedestrian area, The Castillo de San Marco Fort, Ripley's Believe it or Not, two outlet malls, many golf ranges,and much much more. You can deep sea fish for the day, windsurf or try just about any water sport you can imagine or you can relax on the beach and do absolutely nothing.
This unit has a king bed in the master and three twins in the guest room (one of which is a bunk). The is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full-size washer and dryer. There are many great videos for adults and children for lazy days. The unit is well equipped with a blender for frozen cocktails and plenty of cooking supplies.
The appliances are new and we recently installed solid wood kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops.
Overnight boat and trailer storage available for a fee through office.
Our guests have given us very positive feed back and WE WILL COMPETE WITH ANY REASONABLE RATE. Great discounts for off season.
