1250 square foot beautifully fully furnished Condo with two separate bedroom suites for privacy, living room, dining area, fully equipped eat in kitchen, walk in closets, view of golf course and mountains, local phone service and a mail box is available for tenants. TVs are in both bedrooms and living room is equipped with both DVD and VCR. Tivo, DVD and VCR in master bedroom.
The living room also has a stereo tuner with CD capability. Outside you can sit on your private patio, sip some wine, barbeque on the grill and enjoy the view of the golfers on the course with the mountains as a back drop. A one car garage is provided and there are additional parking spaces in front of the unit.
This is a very quiet and safe location in the complex away from street traffic. Security guard entrances to the complex are available from two streets, a club where you can go for drinks, a snack or dining, 27 hole golf courses, putting greens, fitness rooms, tennis courts, 30 plus pools and spas to choose from, in general, a lovely place to vacation or just relax.
Rates depend on the length of your stay and the month of the year. Rates are as low as $150.00 a night to $2,800.00 by the month for the premium months which are the most desirable. A security deposit of $500.00 on cash rentals is required or a credit card can be submitted. A one time cleaning cost of $100.00 will be charged. Early reservations are suggested.
