We had a wonderful time, Miss Angie was wonderful, answered all questions and concerns. the property was clean and well maintained . the photos reflected the appearance and amenities very well. She give us very good directions. and what was near by,activities,attractions etc. I felt very safe there, walked the dog late at night and early of the morning, thank you for everything..

My husband and I spent the month of February in Angie's condo. We had a great time and enjoyed the back deck a lot. Our golden retriever, Sadie was also welcomed and had a good time. We are not able to plan next year yet, but first choice will be here.

What a lovely stay my family and I had at Miss Angie's condo! This was my first experience working with a private owner and truly glad I chose to stay here! My pleasing experience starts well before my stay, I must say. I had so many questions and Miss Angie responded happily to every silly question of mine and was always quick to respond; providing explicit details. My family of 5 that includes children ages 13, 12 and 10 stayed at this condo for seven nights. We visited the Sea World parks and this location is only 15 minutes away. It is close yet far enough away from all the "hub-bub". It was so peaceful and quiet here in the evenings which is something you really need after a long day at a theme park. We particularly enjoyed our "veggie" day, spent hanging out in this lovely condo, using the pool, and grilling out a nice family dinner. There are tons of dishes and plenty of cookware! I should also mention there are plenty of bath towels as well. You really just need to pack your clothes, show up at the condo... plop your stuff and take a quick trip to the very nearby grocery! You will be set! Weather you interested in going to theme parks or simply wanting to get away from it all, this is the perfect spot. My family and I are already looking ahead for another stay here....and possibly the hubby and I for a short stay to hit the golf courses. I will certainly be referring friends and family to Miss Angie. She is wonderful! In addition to all the pluses, as we were making our journey home to OH, I received a phone call from Miss Angie to inform that I left my wallet behind!! Oh my goodness!! I just carried my ID and credit cards in a smaller wallet, so tucked away my full size that contained my check book in a "safe place"...so safe I totally forgot it about! I huge thanks goes out to the renters after me and Angie for getting it off in the mail right away! Phew! I offered to pay for the postage, but she insisted she would take care of it! This is one of the best places I have stayed on any of my vacations. I want to thank the owner of this condo for making me and my family feel right at home. The condo was spotless and everything was so very well coordinated. The rooms were welcoming and comfy for both adults and kids. The Mickey room was a special treat for my little one who had a difficult time leaving it behind. The pool view is spectacular and makes the location of the condo ideal. The decor of the condo is very modern and stylish and the amendities was much more than you will find at any hotel. This was definitely home away from home. We stayed at the condo for a week and can't wait to return and also recommend it to others. This condo is a sure touch of class and the community and location is perfect for a Disney vacation. I hope it will be available for my next visit.

This condo was the perfect location for our Disney Vacation. We even took a ride down to LegoLand! Absolutely loved the area and the condo was really nice....just like the pics. Thanks SO much to the owner. She went out of her way to steer us to the right restaurants and "things to do" in the area. There is a handyman/security person on property all the time and we did see security cameras, so we felt very secure.

We arrived from the UK and being regular annual visitors to this condo for the last three years, we were pleased to see it is still being kept in great shape and really clean. The same happy white haired owner greeted us on arrival and even made a pot of tea for us, just like being at home in England. We love coming back here because the welcome is so friendly and because it is free of cat and dog hairs it suits my husband and me just fine. We don’t do Disney on our visits now but for those that do this condo is really close and with some good restaurants very close by. See you again next year.

Terrible Experience

We were robbed the very first day we stayed at this condo. After a long day at the parks, we returned to discover a window had been broken out, our belongings had been ransacked, and our personal effects were stolen. I do not feel this property is safe or secure -- the "quiet, dead end street" is clearly perfect for a prowler to go undisturbed, and the security cameras on the property provided no help. Sure, the listing was accurate, the property was clean, the photos were spot-on, it was close to Disney, and relatively close to Universal, but I would not recommend staying at this condo due to the lack of security.

Owner response: Please refer to my pool photo .Contrary to the above highly inaccurate and derogatory description of the location, my condo is clearly visible from the pool deck The table with the red umbrella overlooks my front door, and is usually occupied during the pool hours. The location is also only a few yards from the Clubhouse. It is in the hub of the community !! The front door has a deadbolt lock, a regular lock and a sliding bolt. During 15 years of ownership, this is the first negative incident.

We stayed at this beautiful condo on our vacation from the UK, we needed a place close to the theme parks with space for 4 adults and 2 kids. This condo worked out so much cheaper than a hotel and we got fantastic accommodation - so much space for all of us! The place is both comfortable and really nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need provided. We loved the communal facilities which were all real close and convenient, as were the local shops and restaurants. Disney was so close it made life very easy for us with the kids as we were close enough to go in and out of Disney on the same day to give the kids some down time by the pool when it got really hot in the middle of the day. I was shocked to read such a bad review on this property as we thought it was just amazing for the price we paid. Angie was so helpful and could not have been more welcoming, the place was clean and sparkling. Angie we will definately come again on our next trip which we are already planning. Stayed 8 nights this January. Great condo! Angie is also great! She is super nice and very accomodating. The condo is very close to Disney, but out of the chaos! It is very roomy, and cheerfully decorated. It is great value for the money. I would stay here again.

My husband and I rented this condo last year while on business in Florida. It was the first time we have rented using the VRBO website. Although, initially unsure of what to expect because we have always stayed in hotels, any uncertanty was instantly gone upon arriving at the condo. The owner, Miss Angie, is very helpful in making sure that you are comfortable and all your questions are answered. The condo itself, is in a terrific location, very very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be heading to Florida again in a few short weeks for business and are truly looking forward to staying at this beautiful condo again. Thank you Miss Angie!

this was the best. ms angie thinks of everything. the five of us enjoyed this vacation the most. already thinking of next years and staying here. all the comforts of home. the condo was clean and comfortable. first time i didnt feel like i needed to come in and clean before we used anything. i have recommended this condo to everyone i know.

We found this condo at the last minute, and were glad to get it for such an affordable price. The location is great (about 15 minutes to Universal Studios). There are new restaurants opened near the condo, and gift shops and grocery stores are very close as well. Ms. Angie was very kind to us. The kitchen is literally fully-equipped; it has all the utensils, pots, cups, plates, etc., which made everything so convenient! The condo was extremely clean and it looks just like the pictures. It felt like home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be glad to return.

just back from another great stay at Miss Angie's condo. Everything was just as advertised. You can't ask for a nicer place to stay or a kinder person to rent from. It is so nice to have a fully equiped kitchen to fix meals in. The washer and dryer are a defintie plus. You will find everything you need at Miss Angie's condo. All you need to do is pack your suitcase and head to the condo. We can't wait to come back! We have found our home away from home while at Disney and Miss Angie is such a nice lady!

This is a great place. Ms Angie was a great host and her suggestions were a big help. The condo was clean and everything in the photos were accurate. The WIFI was adequate and we could have used one more TV in the twin room. Everything we needed to visit was nearby. Never saw the alligator but that's OK with me. Thanks for a great, blessed time. Spacious, Clean and Delightful

My family and I stayed at Angie's while vacationing at Disney in March. It was wonderful to have 3 big bedrooms and 2 full baths. Everyone could easily get ready in the morning without being cramped and with plenty of privacy. Disney was just 6 miles away. Angie had everything imaginable available for a vacationer - coffee pot, stroller, dryer, lots of blankets and pillows. Besides being in the middle of everything near Disney, there was also a deck on the back patio that looked over a nice pond, and where my kids spent many evenings after Disney, a video game room located near the community pool. Thanks, Angie, for you kindness and hospitality.

Rented this unit for the week of Jan. 9, 2011. Found the unit to be as advertised. The property was in great condition, very very clean and all the items needed to make your stay plesant. Located within only minutes from all Disney locations. Would reccommend to others for the area.

Rental was a great experience! Very clean, well furnished, and spacious. Loved that it was directly across from the pool and a ground unit. Everything was provided right down to pool toys. This condo is a home away from home. The area is very quiet and close to many restaurants, stores, and amusements. We will certainly rent again!!

Just back from staying at Ms. Angies condo. Description was excellent! Just like the ad said. Very clean and beautifully decrorated. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a nicer person to rent from. Close to all attractions. The washer and dryer were a definite plus with 7 people. Everything you would ever need is at Miss Angie's condo,even a pack and play,stroller and highchair. The well equiped kitchen allowed us to have homecooked meals instead of eating out. My Mom really enjoyed being able to have her small dog with her on vacaction. The condo would be easily accessible for the handicapped with no stairs to climb and a walk-in shower. We have already recommended this property to friends and family and we are already planning to stay here again before the end of the year and plan to make this our home away from home for all of our Disney vacations! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Angie's condo the week of May 15, 2010. It is in a safe area and very close to the Disney parks. We were able to reach the parks in 10 minutes without having to get onto the freeway or into heavy traffice. Couldn't ask for a better location. The condo was clean and comfortable. Angie was easy to reach and great to communicate with. If we get down to the area again, we'll stay at Angie's condo. We will recommend it to our friends for their Disney trips.

The Perfect Vacation!

Our family of 5 plus our dog, Phoebe, stayed for a week in Angie's condo and we cannot wait to go back! This was our first experience with renting a condo, so I was a little leery, but she was so kind, helpful and sweet and her condo is even better than the description. It was just like being home, right down to the crock pot and kids toys and videos! We enjoyed the pool, tennis court and video arcade being right across from us. Loved the deck overlooking the pond, and being on the ground floor made it just right! The condo is very close to Disney, Universal, Wonderworks, grocery stores, restaurants...it's a perfect location! I would highly recommend driving up 192 to Congoriver Golf and play the most amazing putt-putt course ever! Be sure to take your camera! Anyone wondering if this condo is worth it, don't bother checking out any other...rent from Angie and have great peace of mind! She even stopped by to check on us when she couldn't reach us by phone, because she was worried since it had been storming. What a delightful women and wonderful rental experience!

Your condo was wonderful. We enjoyed our 4 day/3 night stay. It was more than I expected. My best friend was speechless. We both took pics with our camera phone and sent them back home to our friends and family. Our daughters wanted to know why the entire dance team (9 girls) didn't just stay at the condo instead of the Disney resort. Thanks for making sure that I could contact you if I had any issues. Stay the sweet person that you are. Oh, the upstairs neighbors are so sweet:)

I just came home from Angie's Condo. four of us stayed there on a Golfing vacation. Not only was the Condo Comfortable and beautiful,but she was very helpful in her selection of courses. I don't work for golf Digest, But I give Angie a total 4 star. I hope she let's us have a home away from home for the years ahead

Our family of 8 just visited Orlando/FL and we stayed at Mrs. Angies condo. It was by far more beautiful as we expected. Very roomy, beautiful decorated in nautical decor, exceptional clean and a full operating kitchen. We could not have found a better place. Angie, What a great place! Our daughter loved the pool. Great locatation we visited Cypress Gardens only about 35 miles from the condo. Lake Louisa is defintely a fun place to visit. This condo far exceeded our expectations! It is so clean and so beautifully decorated that I almost cried with relief when we arrived. The price was unbelievable and the amenities were everthing Angie promised. We visited Lake Louisa and that was absolutely a wonderful place! There are not enough words to express how pleased we were with this condo. If you are looking for the perfect vacation spot in Orlando, you have found it. We will be back! Angie, Your condo was great. Your description of the property was "right on" or BETTER. The cleanliness of the condo and the condo property was great. We felt at home the minute we walked in. Thank you Angie to let us stay in your spectacular condo. 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms- with fully equipped kitchen- what a steal for about $100/night ( you get walking closet room size in any hotel for twice that price). Condo was super clean, cozy ,size exceeded our expectations for our family of 5. Angie let us keep our small dog and did not charge me extra - BIG PLUS! Great location- within few minutes from all major attractions, stores and restaurants across the street. Very pleasant neighborhood. Do not hesitate and book it now! We felt like home and will be back again soon. Jakub and Victoria with kids :-)
