Our second floor end unit located in the Treasure Island complex at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach has been newly furnished and updated throughout. Ideal location for shopping, dining, and easy access to all water activities. The complex has two swimming pools, one of which has a swim-up bar and attached kiddie wading pool. The beach is sandy but the water immediately provides access to some of the best snorkeling around.
This is our vacation home and we are proud to offer it exclusively for rent by owner only.

Why the Owner Chose Seven Mile Beach
We fell in love with the Caymans on our first visit in 1987 and after returning a number of times decided to buy on Island. After looking at many proeprties this one stood out as the one with the most space and unforgettable views, location, both to town and all the conveniences, and this unit in particular has the huge deck and as an end unit on the 2nd floor privacy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love our deck and most mornings are spent lazing there drinking our coffee and gazing out onto the Ocean. We return in the evening to watch the sunsets! The beach is never crowded and the snorkeling is wonderful. The complex is well maintained with a number of pools and a swim up bar which also offers light food for when we need compnay and don't feel like cooking.
