What a Place!

My family stayed at this condo in Feb 2008 and had a wonderful time. The condo was everything Chris told us it would be and more. It is literally steps from the sand making it convenient to run up for drinks / bathroom. The condo is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. You definitely do not need a rental car unless you plan to travel the island. Getting to George Town to do some shopping is very convenient and the bus will pick you up out front for $1.50. Additionally, the condo is perfectly located just far enough away from the cruise ship people and provides just the right amount of interaction. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for some R&R but having all the conveniences of food and shopping at their fingertips. We will be back very soon. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay January 2012 with our two college aged sons. The setting was perfect - a beautiful sunset every night! We waited to go out for dinner until after the sun set so we could enjoy the large deck at home. The deck also is a great place to get some reading done, relax and eat meals. The unit itself was very nice, well stocked, including the beach towels, games, books and information on what to do. The beach had great snorkeling - to be honest I didn't even swim in the pool because the beach/cove was so nice. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Location on 7 mile beach was great, easy access to town, as well as nearby shopping. Chris was great - everything went smoothly as far as making arrangements, keys, helping with directions around island and just giving general information. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family. We can't wait to go back - the snorkeling, the people, the food, the weather - it was all great.

We spent Christmas 2011 your oceanfront unit. We left the cold in New England on Christmas morning and were on the beach at 2:00 in the afternoon. We walked into the unit and it was everything that was posted on the site. It was absolutley beautiful. We love to stay in condos so that we are able to either eat in or out and this unit was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped. We could brew a pot of coffee in the morning and blend drinks in the evening while sitting on the magnificent deck. There is a bbq on the deck if you want to do any grilling. We felt like we were at home. The unit was perfect for our family. My husband and I had the master bedroom that had sliders to the deck. My daughter and son in law had the front queen bedroom. My son had the middle bedroom with the twin beds. All the bedrooms had ample storage. The living room was very comfortable and being able to look out at the ocean was great. They even had books, games and snorkeling equipment that we could use. We loved sitting on the deck at night and watch the sunset. It is truly paradise. We loved being just a few steps away from the beach. The pool and swim up bar was great also. We did have a few afternoon cocktails at the pool. The people there could not have been nicer. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay I would recommend this unit. From the first time I found this unit on vrbo and emailed Chris she always answered all my questions and made the rental process go very smoothly. They were great to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was a wonderful way to spend Christmas with my family.

Excellent Family Vacation

Chris and Uwe, We just got back from an amazing vacation in your condo. We were not sure what to expect, however upon opening the door to your condo it could not have been more accurately decribed and photographed on VRBO. We travelled with 3 generations of family(including a 2 yr old and 4yr old )and could not have been happier with the condo layout and amenities in the complex. Everything that was required was within a short walk, or for the longer trips the local bus service was ideal. We have been to many countries down south and the snorkelling right off the beach at the condo was superior to many paid snorkelling excursions we have taken. Having never rented a condo on vacation before we could not have been happier. It was the perfect balance between the comforts of home and the feeling of being on vacation. We would definitely consider returning in the future and thank you for all your assistance in preparing our trip. Thanks

This has to be the most wonderful vacation I've ever had in my life. The condo was the best. It was everything Chris said it was and more the pictures dosent show how wonderful it truly is. My trip was a girl trip with 7 of us and each of us loved this place we almost cryed when it was time to come home. It was located close to everything that you could ask for. We did rent a car for the week because we didnt want to miss anything, the island people were so nice to us. The deck was our hangout in the morning and in the evening it was great to look at the ocean from there. I love this condo and we are going to try to make this a yearly thing for us. We hope we can stay there next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us, It was the greatest!!! Until next year. thank you

Cayman Dream Condo!!!!

We recently spent our family vacation in the Caymans in May 2011. Everything went very smooth with the owners of the condo with reserving the condo & payments etc. They were always responsive with any questions I may have had. We couldn't of asked for a better location for the condo. Waking up every morning and having coffee on the huge deck & BBQ's in the evening to watch the beautiful sunsets was a dream. It was very quiet and private with the beautiful new cove & great snorkeling right out the door. We enjoyed the beautiful pool with the swim up bar & restaurant for some food & refreshments! With just a few steps up the shoreline, there is 7-mile beach as beautiful as ever!! The condo was very clean & with a full kitchen & 2 bathrooms, it was a hit with 3 teenage girls. Shopping, walking on the beach, great places to eat, swimming with the beautiful fish & stingrays or just relaxing on the deck was a fantastic way to spend our vacation! We will definitely be looking at this condo for our next trip back to the Cayman.
