Located on the water inside the Leland Harbor. One block walk to Historic Leland, Fishtown, many restaurants to choose from. Three beaches that you can walk or drive to. The Leelanau Peninsula is a vacationer's paradise and this lower level, 1600 sq foot., walkout is in the heart of it.
Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, views of both Manitou Islands, Deep Lake Fishing Charters, Sunset Dinner Cruises, 17 wineries, Unique Villages, Shops, Galleries and Parks! Leland is ideally located near Glen Arbor, Suttons Bay, Lake Leelanau, and Traverse City. You can go boating or swimming in either Lake Michigan or Lake Leelanau. Relax outside, at sunset with a favorite glass of wine. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.
In the Spring of 2010, we put in a firepit. Coming this Spring! Our 50' Dock, will be completed. Keep watching us as we continue to make our changes!

We had a fantastic weekend staying in the garden apartment. What a prime spot within walking distance to everything and with killer views. Thank you for hosting us!

We really like vacationing in your apartment. It is so comfortable and clean and the location couldn't be better for walking around Leland. The use of your beautiful yard and lake frontage is so convenient and the sunsets can't be beat!! We'll be back next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
